Останавливалась отеле Elite Port между рейсами. Для этих целей просто идеальный вариант, потому что соотношение цена-качество отличное!!! Цена на проживание лояльная, при этом отель новый, современный. Когда искала варианты для ночевки, попадалась противоречивая информация о расстоянии от аэропорта до этого отеля. В реальности на такси ехать 15 минут. Стоимость такси от отеля в аэропорт 20 евро. Номера маленькие, но все необходимое есть. Порадовала ванная комната - современная, стильная. Очень приличный фен, что не всегда встретишь даже в дорогих отелях, классная душевая кабина и хорошего качества косметика для ванн. Завтрак в отеле начинается в 7-00 и никакие ланч боксы не предусмотрены. Учитывайте это, при раннем вылете. На ресепшн есть русскоговорящие сотрудники. Персонал отеля - приятные, доброжелательные люди. В общем, отель смело рекомендую для отдыха между перелетами!

Hi Me and my wife we came to Instanbul for clinic surgery. Due to the clinic messed up the hotels , we have been send to Centro Hotel. We arrived at 9.30 in the reception and since that hour we have been checked in at 14.00 in our rooms. Since we’ve paid , we should’ve be entitle for the breakfast. Unfortunately no. So me and my wife we have to pay to can get breakfast. The reception staff very very rude. They don’t care and all the time , but their excuse “ we don’t know nothing “ We explained to the reception that we are staying 2 days, after we check out , going to the hospital and after 2 days we will come back to check in. We went hour the first day , we came back we went upstairs , couldn’t open the door , went to reception apparently we have been checked out without to get informed( money , luggages left in the room) Went to the reception “ typical answer : we don’t know nothing “ The receptionist very rude . In the end we have checked in again. Coming back from the hospital , of course we haven’t received the same room , ok no worries , but again very upsetting we received the awful room( toilet door broken , sink drainage smell very bad , walls dirty , furniture chipped ) - suppose to be 5* hotel. Not really I was talking with the reception , nothing has been done. After 1 day I went again downstairs and finally they change our room. Not very impressed. Asked for an extra pillow - 1 day to get it. Food at the hotel- stay away - very expensive and not impressive. Answer for the management: Yes I have complaint and raise my complains, but it takes a while to be solved. In one word , try to avoid this hotel. Disappointed.

For years since the new airport opened, there was no hotel chain close to Istanbul airport so the only choices were Yotel at the airport itself or drive very far for a much better hotel at lower price but you pay for taxi and you waste time in the taxi. Now there is a middle ground solution: the new Hampton in Arnavutköy. The rooms are nice (even nicer than many Hilton Garden Inns) but they ruin it with a staff speaking rubbish at guests, and poor design. First of all, upon arrival there is no reception, it's the restaurant. It's a long walk in a narrow aisle with tables on one side and the buffet on the other side, finally you reach reception and farther away, the elevators. So in the morning there is constant traffic with people with luggage crossing the entire restaurant to go take a taxi – I am sure some guests bang into each other and spill food and drinks on occasion at this hotel; I have never seen such poor hotel design. Anyway I am not going to Hampton brand hotel for the breakfast so I could overlook this aspect. The room types at this hotel are king or twin (cheapest), and king+sofabed or twin+sofabed (only a bit more expensive). I booked the regular twin. Upon arrival, as Hilton Diamond I did not receive any upgrade and given keys to the regular twin room. Not that I cared much for only 1 night but I asked if the room types with sofa bed are bigger, or if all room types are the same size. I was told all same size. So I stuck with my room and went upstairs. I arrived in the room and I was surprised how small it was. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that a sofabed could possibly fit. Nice room, but just small. I went back to reception and asked what room size is this and how can a sofa bed could fit. Another receptionist told me rooms with sofa bed are double the size: 33 sqm vs 16 sqm. I was not overly pleased at the first guy because by then we were settled in the room and his wrong answer was the ONLY reason I did not ask if an upgrade was possible as Hilton Diamond. Hampton brand hotels are not even obligated to upgrade Hilton Diamond guests as per Hilton terms and conditions, but it this case it was not the point. Then he told me upgrades are not possible because they are sold out. I showed him my phone which showed availability, he said it's not possible, Hilton must make a mistake. Easy to blame Hilton but bottom line a guest could have booked a room with sofabed on the spot and then what? They would tell a guest sorry we will downgrade you? Then he said they have one such room but it's out of commission (king + sofa). Never mind that I had booked twin + sofa so upgrade to twin+sofa would have been possible so he was focusing on the wrong issue anyway just to win an argument. Anyway it was a lot of rubbish coming out of their mouths and a conversation was clearly pointless so I wanted to end it, then the receptionist said to apologize the GM would give me a discount for a future stay. I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Начну с того, что сейчас этот отель называется DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. Бронировала я пребывание на три ночи через букинг в номере делюкс. При заезде нам был выдан другой номер, не соответсвующий описанию и фото при бронировании. Вернулись к администратору с попыткой объяснить, что номер явно другой. Он долго искал наше бронирование, нашел, в итоге дал другой номер. Он был больше и по размеру походил на тот, что был на фото, но при этом не соответстовал внешне. При этом нам было сказано, что других номеров нет. В итоге, пришлось остаться в этом номере. Потом мы начали осматривать его более детально и оказались в легком шоке. Дело было то, в каком состоянии был сам номер: дверные наличники были отломаны, стены все покоцанные до основания, незакрепленная мойка, перетертый шланг для душа, кран, который держался на честном слове. Кран и вентилятор просто торчали из стены, над дверным проемом в ванной все было замазано цементом без какой-то отделки (все есть на фото). Полотенца грязные, с остатками губной помады, а также дырками. Постельное белье тоже было под вопросом. В стоимость проживания входил завтрак, который опять же оказался не таким, как на фото на букинге. Фото завтрака тоже прикреплено к отзыву. Основное там - это полбатона. На стойке регистрации работают арабы, которые по-английский знают пару слов, то есть изъясняться с ними крайне сложно. Ну, и напоследок вишенка на торте. Решили, что не выдержим тут три ночи и уедем после двух ночей. В итоге, администраторы отменили нашу бронь, когда мы выехали, и отправили на букинг информацию о том, что мы якобы не заехали. В общем, они просто обманывают людей! Я никому не рекомендую этот отель!

Great hotel. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. facilities were great and so was the location for accessing the Metrolink and getting around Istanbul. Literally 10 mins on the tram to most of the sights. (approx 70p a ride) We requested a room away from the front of the hotel as we had read reviews that it was noisy staying in the rooms at the front. This is due to a very loud bar below. We couldn't hear anything and slept very well (room 507) Wifi was really good too and the rooftop pool was perfect. Very clean hotel and plenty of choice for breakfast. The gym was very poor. a treadmill which hardly worked, very creeky and 2 bikes that didnt seem to be working at all. So didnt use it. To be fair, we walked around Istanbul that much, that we managed to get some exercise in that way. Not much to do in this area but shop and only a couple of bars. But as mentioned above, great location for getting to all the other areas, felt very central. Would Definitely stay again
