I stayed in a Single Economy Room and chose it based on the booking description - 12 square meters. The room turned out to be very small and could hardly moved once in, worse when I had to open the luggage and get things to use. Room amenities were sufficient. Room and bathroom were clean, but room size description could have been more honest. English of staff was generally not good, except for one night male staff. They responded to questions but not in a particularly enthusiastic manner. It was difficult to get recommendations. Breakfast was reasonable and F&B staff were attentive.

I stayed for 3 nights.It was overall very good.The staff name Mustafa is very nice.All other staffs are nice as well.Didn't have any problems.Very was easy to contact the lobby staff through WhatsApp.The breakfast is also suitable for vegans/vegetarians.Recommended for Solo comers.There is also a co-working place a d rooftop.Good for it's price 👍

Начну с того, что сейчас этот отель называется DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. Бронировала я пребывание на три ночи через букинг в номере делюкс. При заезде нам был выдан другой номер, не соответсвующий описанию и фото при бронировании. Вернулись к администратору с попыткой объяснить, что номер явно другой. Он долго искал наше бронирование, нашел, в итоге дал другой номер. Он был больше и по размеру походил на тот, что был на фото, но при этом не соответстовал внешне. При этом нам было сказано, что других номеров нет. В итоге, пришлось остаться в этом номере. Потом мы начали осматривать его более детально и оказались в легком шоке. Дело было то, в каком состоянии был сам номер: дверные наличники были отломаны, стены все покоцанные до основания, незакрепленная мойка, перетертый шланг для душа, кран, который держался на честном слове. Кран и вентилятор просто торчали из стены, над дверным проемом в ванной все было замазано цементом без какой-то отделки (все есть на фото). Полотенца грязные, с остатками губной помады, а также дырками. Постельное белье тоже было под вопросом. В стоимость проживания входил завтрак, который опять же оказался не таким, как на фото на букинге. Фото завтрака тоже прикреплено к отзыву. Основное там - это полбатона. На стойке регистрации работают арабы, которые по-английский знают пару слов, то есть изъясняться с ними крайне сложно. Ну, и напоследок вишенка на торте. Решили, что не выдержим тут три ночи и уедем после двух ночей. В итоге, администраторы отменили нашу бронь, когда мы выехали, и отправили на букинг информацию о том, что мы якобы не заехали. В общем, они просто обманывают людей! Я никому не рекомендую этот отель!

It’s better to cost for visiting this amazing city. You have to consider instead of your payment. At first glance, the location of this hotel may seem a bit disappointing, but I assure you that this hotel is in a great location and is safe, as well as at night, when sleeping, it is quieter than many neighborhoods. . Make sure you get the right service for the price you pay. The only drawback is perhaps the small size of some of the rooms of this hotel, which, considering that the purpose of the trip to this city is sightseeing and you only go to the hotel for bathing and sleeping, all your needs will be met. Yaklaşık iki aydır bu hostelde kalıyorum. Diğer hostellerden ayıran farkı her gün temizlik yapılması ve çarşafların değişmesi. Temiz olması. Her hangi bir sorununuz olması halinde bildirdiğiniz takdirde hemen çözülüyor. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlar (Seyf, Gamze, Ali ) RoofBar'da ki arkadaşlar (Sevda, Ulaş, Özkan, Adnan) Housekeeping ve diğer personel arkadaşlarda çok ilgililer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ettiğim bir hostel.

I had a really bad experience with this hotel. On the first night (I arrived late at night at the hotel), I found one of the beds and it's pillow soaking wet. I was very tired and decided to address the issue the next day. However, to my surprise, I was unable to switch off the lights. At 1:00 am I had 3 people in the room fiddling with the buttons with solutions such as ”sleep with some light” and ”remove the card so the room gets dark”. The next day, my agent suggested a room change, but because of my experience and my plans for the day, I didn't want to be moved into a room without seeing it, so I just asked for the light switches to be fixed and the sheets changed. I went out for the day to return at night. At reception I was assured that the problems were fixed. I walked into the room to find all my stuff gone. Only things in the safe were there. I went to the reception and found my suitcase, my hand bag, my carry on and my cosmetics bag. Someone had the audacity to pack my personal belongings. They actually removed my watch and charger and put them in my hand bag. My tooth brush, shampoo and other personal belongings were also packed into my bags with no consideration whatsoever. The person at the reception had no idea and explained that it seems someone intended to move my room and didn't. I find that unacceptable to say the least. The next day I came back to the room and found an ironing board blocking my room door. Super random behavior really. In addition to the above, the room was not clean, no tissue box and other essentials. the beds were hastily made, no effort even to straighten the sheets. All the sheets were mismatched. I tried to see the manager for 2 days in a row and got answers like ”he is in a meeting” from 9:00 am to 4 pm. When I asked where his office was, the answer was ”I don't know :). The only reason why I did not leave this joke of a hotel was that I was traveling with an older group of people and I didn't want to create disturbance for them. It's a definite no go for me.

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

Good location, right at Kadikoy centre where the action is, yet away from the crowds. Sound proofing to outdoor activities very good, so even the clothes vendors downstairs noises are not heard within the room. Staff very friendly and I got free upgrade to a balcony room. Room is spacious too with daily cleaning. Will stay here again next visit Istanbul.

Close proximity to the airport Sabiha. But at the exit from the airport building poorly organized signs with the direction of the way to the hotel. While I was looking for the way to the hotel I made several unnecessary circles. In addition, You have to take two elevators to the fourth floor. Spacious clean room with stylish design. On arrival, it was sweltering hot in the room with the temperature 26,5 °C. Windows don't open. The air conditioner failed to adjust to a cool temperature. At most I managed to get the temperature down to 25.5 °C. In doing so, the conditioner made a lot of noise. This negative moment spoiled the impression, as it did not let me sleep well. Perhaps this problem (Malfunction of the air conditioning system) was only in my room. One more advantage - 24 hours room service. Convenient, in case of a late arrival. Overall, it was a pleasant experience also thanks to helpful friendly staff.
