Hotel berhampiran Muzipo Kids Göktürk, Istanbul

Начиная от того в какой номер заселится, предлагают самые неудобные варианты, учитывая что были с ребенком. Никто кроме как на ресепшене не говорит по англйиски. В ресторане завтрак дождаться бывало по 45 минут так и не приносив ничего, учитывая неплохие чаевые которые я оставляла. Абсолютно нет детского меню. тоесть ребенку младше 3- 5 лет есть будет нечего. Попросили у повара сварить обычную лапшу куриный бульон он два дня высказывал недовольства, в итоге сварил, но еще раз сварить отказался. то есть ребенку раз в две недели будет достаточно одной порции супа. Персонал может сутками нести полотенца если попросить. Из окон вид ужасный на соседние номера . все кто проходят мимо либо соседи могут спокойно наблюдать что твориться в номере. Душевая сломана вода когда моешься стоит в коридоре. Территория абсолютно не предусмотрена для прогулки с ребенком да и просто. Там где красиво- там поля для гольфа и ходить якобы запрещено, везде дороги ездят машины, и сплошные лестницы . опасно с ребенком. Погулять негде, побегать малышу тоже. Каждый день какие либо проблемы утомили, вместо того чтобы отдохнуть. Не советую сюда ехать никому, кроме как тем кто хочет поиграть в гольф.

Interesting hotel for 1-2 night staying. Located at some village environment surrounded by some green trees. Breakfast is in Turkish style and very tasty and has a wide dish varieties. Reception desk is available 24/7. Internet is a high speed and easy to connect

Very professional driver. Mr Mehmet who was in contact with me prior to landing and patiently waiting for my arrival after clearing customs. The front desk staff, Kader is very pleasant. Check in is fast and the message prior to my arrival was reassuring. The hotel is near the airport and I would recommend it for a layover. It is clean and the staff even leave complimentary snacks and water. Thank you for the hospitality, diligent staff: housekeeping, front desk and driver for shuttle.

For years since the new airport opened, there was no hotel chain close to Istanbul airport so the only choices were Yotel at the airport itself or drive very far for a much better hotel at lower price but you pay for taxi and you waste time in the taxi. Now there is a middle ground solution: the new Hampton in Arnavutköy. The rooms are nice (even nicer than many Hilton Garden Inns) but they ruin it with a staff speaking rubbish at guests, and poor design. First of all, upon arrival there is no reception, it's the restaurant. It's a long walk in a narrow aisle with tables on one side and the buffet on the other side, finally you reach reception and farther away, the elevators. So in the morning there is constant traffic with people with luggage crossing the entire restaurant to go take a taxi – I am sure some guests bang into each other and spill food and drinks on occasion at this hotel; I have never seen such poor hotel design. Anyway I am not going to Hampton brand hotel for the breakfast so I could overlook this aspect. The room types at this hotel are king or twin (cheapest), and king+sofabed or twin+sofabed (only a bit more expensive). I booked the regular twin. Upon arrival, as Hilton Diamond I did not receive any upgrade and given keys to the regular twin room. Not that I cared much for only 1 night but I asked if the room types with sofa bed are bigger, or if all room types are the same size. I was told all same size. So I stuck with my room and went upstairs. I arrived in the room and I was surprised how small it was. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that a sofabed could possibly fit. Nice room, but just small. I went back to reception and asked what room size is this and how can a sofa bed could fit. Another receptionist told me rooms with sofa bed are double the size: 33 sqm vs 16 sqm. I was not overly pleased at the first guy because by then we were settled in the room and his wrong answer was the ONLY reason I did not ask if an upgrade was possible as Hilton Diamond. Hampton brand hotels are not even obligated to upgrade Hilton Diamond guests as per Hilton terms and conditions, but it this case it was not the point. Then he told me upgrades are not possible because they are sold out. I showed him my phone which showed availability, he said it's not possible, Hilton must make a mistake. Easy to blame Hilton but bottom line a guest could have booked a room with sofabed on the spot and then what? They would tell a guest sorry we will downgrade you? Then he said they have one such room but it's out of commission (king + sofa). Never mind that I had booked twin + sofa so upgrade to twin+sofa would have been possible so he was focusing on the wrong issue anyway just to win an argument. Anyway it was a lot of rubbish coming out of their mouths and a conversation was clearly pointless so I wanted to end it, then the receptionist said to apologize the GM would give me a discount for a future stay. Останавливалась отеле Elite Port между рейсами. Для этих целей просто идеальный вариант, потому что соотношение цена-качество отличное!!! Цена на проживание лояльная, при этом отель новый, современный. Когда искала варианты для ночевки, попадалась противоречивая информация о расстоянии от аэропорта до этого отеля. В реальности на такси ехать 15 минут. Стоимость такси от отеля в аэропорт 20 евро. Номера маленькие, но все необходимое есть. Порадовала ванная комната - современная, стильная. Очень приличный фен, что не всегда встретишь даже в дорогих отелях, классная душевая кабина и хорошего качества косметика для ванн. Завтрак в отеле начинается в 7-00 и никакие ланч боксы не предусмотрены. Учитывайте это, при раннем вылете. На ресепшн есть русскоговорящие сотрудники. Персонал отеля - приятные, доброжелательные люди. В общем, отель смело рекомендую для отдыха между перелетами!

Prenotato tramite una piattaforma on-line, per una notte per uno scalo aereo in orari impossibili. La reception è molto gentile e pronta: tramite whatsapp si viene contattati e si concorda il transfer da e per l'aeroporto (a 20 euro a viaggio). Il transfer funziona anche di notte, basta prenotare in tempo. Le camere sono nuove, ben allestite e ben pulite. L'hotel offre anche un servizio cucina, molto caldeggiato, ma che non abbiamo provato. La zona è isolata, ma la struttura funge soprattutto da luogo di pernottamento per chi si deve imbarcare.

Busque hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Istambul y me recombedarn este. Queda a unos 15 minutos . El hotel nuevo muy bonito, limpio, atención muy buena por parte del personal Cama y almohadas de primera, muy cómodas. Desayuno fue muy completo y bueno. Lo recomiendo

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.
