Hotel Rotana di Istanbul

Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is a truly fabulous hotel that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of this establishment. The rooms are impressively spacious and very new, having been in operation for just a few months. Everything in the room was in perfect order, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness. The service at Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is exceptional. The staff are attentive, professional, and quick to respond to any requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered is generally good, though it could benefit from a greater variety of options to cater to different tastes. The location of the hotel is another significant advantage. Situated close to a Carrefour, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes, it provides convenient access to amenities and dining choices. Additionally, parking is hassle-free, which is a considerable benefit for those traveling by car. The apartment-like rooms are particularly well-suited for long stays, equipped with everything needed to make guests feel at home. I was impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the provision of dishwasher tablets and laundry powder alongside the dishwasher and washing machine. These small details demonstrate a commitment to guest comfort and convenience. It will be interesting to see how this hotel maintains its standards as it ages, but as of now, Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana offers outstanding value for money. Whether you are staying for a short visit or an extended period, this hotel is an excellent choice that combines luxury, convenience, and top-notch service.

Everything was perfect except location as it is located on highway (motorway) it's far from all the tourist attractions which are in town approximately 30/35min drive. Though it's worth booking for excellent view, peaceful, quite spacious, modern amenities, very good and polite staff, good service. It is very tall building with more than 30 floors. We booked Centro suite plus. Altogether we did not regret it.

The general hotel, I feel speechless is its entrance, very narrow, low floor height, and the design of the elevator room is very amazing. The hotel room is not bad, the facilities are very comprehensive, the washing machine, the microwave oven are all, the bed is very comfortable. Will not have the urge to go to the second time

The room is clean and tidy, but the service did not leave a great impression. Arriving with my husband and child, we did not immediately receive a third set of towels and bedding to make a bed for the child (I booked taking into account the fact that the child is with us at once). incredible in the room, but the air conditioner coped with it after about half an hour, and in general, the staff is friendly, polite and tried to provide the maximum after requesting the right to them 😊

The hotel isn’t very bad. However there are things we wish they have improved, and probably those things influenced our choice of coming again. 1. The location. The hotel is located in outskirts and very far from places like shops, pharmacy etc. To buy necessities or to have food in a restaurant other than hotel’s you have to walk for like more than 2kms. 2. The food. We don’t recommend food in the hotel - too expensive for small portions. For two dishes with two beverages we paid almost 100 dollars. 3. The room. There were no toothbrushes, the kettle was rusty. The bathroom that had door with no lock, and was right next to bedroom would start smelling like sewage at around 10-11 PM. And would smell like that all night. We wanted to change the room, but the smell would stop for a while but came back later. 4. Amenities Room had microwave, washing machine and stove which was a huge plus. But every night the power would go off and get back in few minutes. That would happen several times. It wouldn’t cause problems,but every time power comes back on the heater would start working. Which made room really hot.
