Hotel berhampiran Yeşilköy Balıkçı Barınağı, Istanbul

We had taken advantage of Turkish Airlines offer to put us up for 2 nights (breakfast nincluded) so we could become initiated with Istanbul. We were treated regally. Vulkan (front door manager) took care of lining up cabs for us and assured we felt welcome each day and night. **He assured us that all Ubers and Taxis took credit cards - - they do NOT**. This is not Vulkan's fault. The taxis play games. On the way in from the airport to the Renaissance, we were quoted one price, then ended up with another. Perhaps agree on a price, and pay it up front. Aside from the transportation, Ahmet is sensational at the hotel. He is not the concierge, but should have been. Great attention to assuring guests are taken care of and happy. The hotel is wonderful. The location is NOT. From the map, it looks close to the airport --------NOPE! This airport was converted into an Air Force exercise base. It takes about an hour to get to IST, and 25 minutes to get to downtown Istanbul if there's minimal traffic. If you're coming here for business - at this hotel, it's beautiful. The views are great and the pool, etc. The tours which are arranged by Ahmet of the mosques, etc., are well worth the time and money.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel , very friendly staff, I heard Turkish people are rude but all the staff’s were very kind Breakfast was good too Liked their bread and muffins Surroundings are very calm and quiet and worth for a walk Convenient stores are nearby

We were staying on the 5th floor a non smoking room/level and people smoke all the time, we complained several times the best they can offer is move you to another room Rooms and corridors smell bad from sewage, we complained, they came and sprayed something to lessen the bad smell, but it didn’t work well. Lighting system inside the room need an update for sure. The staff is pleasant and helpful but the hotel is old and renovation. We have got a very good deal almost 50% off The concierge person is very helpful, he tried to offer a good rate.

Konumu 5-6 hastanenin tam göbeğinde, E-5 in dibinde, 200metre yakınında alışveriş merkezi ve 5km aşağısında da atatürk havalimanı (havalimanı büyük yoksa duvarından saysak çok daha yakın :)) ) 100 metre sağında spor salonu ve çevresinde de onlarca restaurant... Misfirperverlik desen 10 numara; Odaların ise genişliği,rahatlığı ve temizliği ile tadından yenmez sadece COVİD-19 dolayısıyla (ki bu konuda yapabilecekleri birşey yok) kahvaltı vermemeleri biraz üzdü... ve bu kadar özellipe 3 gece deluxe odada 354TL ödedim. yıldızı artmalı desem yeridir ama bu sefer fiyat etkilenir :))

6 gece konakladığım otelde karşılama gayet güler yüzlü ve güzeldi. Yalnız Google Maps’te otelin konumu güncel değil aslında çok kolay bulunabilecek bir yerin bulunmasını zorlaştırıyor... Oda gayet modern ve konforlu şekilde dizayn edilmiş. İşimin gerektirdiği bir eğitimi almam sebebiyle ders çalışmam gerekiyordu ve odadaki masanın masa lambasına kadar bulunması işimi çok kolaylaştırdı. Yeni bir otel olması sebebiyle eşyalar çok rahat ve moderndi. Yalnız her otelde bulunan minik ihtiyaçlar (pamuk, kulak çöpü gibi) odada bulunmuyor, istendiğinde verildiği belirtilmiş ancak ben kendim getirdiğim için ihtiyaç duymadım fakat bu konuda biraz daha cömert olunmasını beklerdim :) Kahvaltıyı da çok çeşitli bulmadım özellikle uzun süreli kalacaksanız bir süre sonra sıkılabiliyorsunuz ancak personel güler yüzlü ve saygılı... Bulunduğu semtte kalınabilecek en iyi otel olduğunu düşünüyorum bana konforlu bir iş seyahati sağladıkları için teşekkür ederim.

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast

Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

Начну с того, что сейчас этот отель называется DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. Бронировала я пребывание на три ночи через букинг в номере делюкс. При заезде нам был выдан другой номер, не соответсвующий описанию и фото при бронировании. Вернулись к администратору с попыткой объяснить, что номер явно другой. Он долго искал наше бронирование, нашел, в итоге дал другой номер. Он был больше и по размеру походил на тот, что был на фото, но при этом не соответстовал внешне. При этом нам было сказано, что других номеров нет. В итоге, пришлось остаться в этом номере. Потом мы начали осматривать его более детально и оказались в легком шоке. Дело было то, в каком состоянии был сам номер: дверные наличники были отломаны, стены все покоцанные до основания, незакрепленная мойка, перетертый шланг для душа, кран, который держался на честном слове. Кран и вентилятор просто торчали из стены, над дверным проемом в ванной все было замазано цементом без какой-то отделки (все есть на фото). Полотенца грязные, с остатками губной помады, а также дырками. Постельное белье тоже было под вопросом. В стоимость проживания входил завтрак, который опять же оказался не таким, как на фото на букинге. Фото завтрака тоже прикреплено к отзыву. Основное там - это полбатона. На стойке регистрации работают арабы, которые по-английский знают пару слов, то есть изъясняться с ними крайне сложно. Ну, и напоследок вишенка на торте. Решили, что не выдержим тут три ночи и уедем после двух ночей. В итоге, администраторы отменили нашу бронь, когда мы выехали, и отправили на букинг информацию о том, что мы якобы не заехали. В общем, они просто обманывают людей! Я никому не рекомендую этот отель!

Hi ... I stayed with my family in Istanbul at Noble pangalti for 10 nights. The hotel is newly opened, everything was very clean and shiny. Sheets ,towels and duvet all brand new . I give the hotel 5 of 5 with everything nay be the only thing that I didn't like was the pillows, it wasn't very comfortable. For the people working there ( receptionists , housekeepers ) I definitely give them a rating 10 of 5 specialy Ali , however all of them were very polite, very helpful and very friendly additionally the gentlemen in the reception were all speaking English well. I very highly recommend the hotel, and as a usual visitor to Istanbul this hotel is a piece of mind for my coming trips.
