仲間3人とダイビングするために利用しました。 コロナ禍ということで、1人一部屋の宿泊先を探すも検索でヒットせず、かなり広い部屋ということで、こちらならソーシャルディスタンスも確保出来ると判断して予約しました。 某サイトによるクーポン利用と、直前割などもあったようで、入湯税も含め1人6,000円程度。 普段ならまず予約しないような豪華な部屋にリッチな眺めで、妻と宿泊しないことを申し訳なく感じるほどです。 大浴場も天然温泉で、嬉しいことに露天風呂は源泉掛け流し。内風呂は循環で塩素消毒されているとの表記でしたが、お湯の匂いを嗅いでも塩素臭は分からない程度。 サウナや水風呂もあり、かなりゆっくり出来ました。 元がリゾートマンションのようで、通路は屋外に面しておりますが、横殴りの雨にでも降られない限りは、むしろ廊下のように騒ぎ声などが響かない分だけポジティブに感じました。 食事は付けませんでしたので、そこは評価出来ませんが、部屋に調理器具一式と大きめの冷蔵庫も完備されているため、複数人のグループで利用するにも、かなり便利な作りだと思います。 大きな施設ですが、全ての空間がバッチリ空調も効いており、何のマイナス点も見当たりませんでした。

The hotel is great and room is big for our family of 3 adults. All the facilities are good and the food is good (both dinner and breakfast). The only compliant that I have is that the in room onsan does not work. The temperature wasn't hot enough the first night. When we wanted to try in the morning, the water is even cooler. The front desk agreed to have it checked, but at the time we check out at 10 a.m. it is still not hot enough. In all, we have been chraged for the in room onsan which does not really work.

極致的滿意，是非常精品的目的地酒店，酒店官網不好找，掛梯子上日本雅虎再搜酒店名才能找到酒店官網，官網有很詳細的介紹 24年10.3號去的，攜程2700多一間房含雙晚餐雙早餐 先説優點 房間：總共6間客房大同小異，價格一致隨機分配，都配室外+室內湯池，非常舒服的日式和居，標配的日式浴袍、木屐等瞬間入戲 温泉：重點表揚，沒泡過這麼優質的温泉，24小時大量出水恆温。特別是室內，水質太乾淨了，缸體一點水溝附着都沒有。移步室外因為去的時候下了大雨水面有些漂浮物，但是得益於巨量的水循環依舊非常清澈 餐飲：豐盛的懷石料理，非常local的日本味道，是各種沒嘗過的味道，晚餐吃了快3小時，早餐也吃了一個多小時，都是送餐進房。迷你吧酒水都免費，入住期間真的沒餓過一點 服務：真的沒的説，態度非常好。老爺爺全程跪式服務，衹會很基本的英語，大部分靠app翻譯（可見這家店大部分還是接待本地人為主，非常棒），但是我依然能感覺到高質量的服務 唯一的缺點就是地理位置了： 東京坐公交過來要花4個小時，而且酒店位置離大室山入口還有幾公里的距離，衹能開車來要比坐公交來優越的不是一星半點（所以這也是這裏大部分客人都是日本人的原因？），不然基本上衹能打車解決車站到酒店和酒店到大室山的那三四公里了。但是這一切對我來説依舊值得，因為大室山太美了，酒店的體驗也是好的不得了！ 總之這裡是我有錢了我還會再來的地方，還要住這個酒店

自然を感じたくてこちらの宿を利用させていただきました。 山の音という離れの部屋に一泊。 入った途端に一つの村に来た感覚で ワクワクが止まりませんでした。 部屋はベッドだったので早々にゴロゴロできます。 このシーズンのこたつも嬉しかったです。 高台にあるのでテラスからは湖や木々が見えます。 空気がとても綺麗で鳥達の鳴き声が聴こえ 夜空には星が沢山。 温泉の向かいにはウサギさんがいました。 温泉は広く何箇所かあるので 内風呂も開放感があり、露天風呂気分でした。 貸切風呂はかなり熱めで1人しか入れない小さな お風呂ですが、3つとも全て入りました。 食事は全てが満点と言えるくらい 質、量、味、ともに素晴らしかったです。 特にしゃぶしゃぶに感動しました。 夕食、朝食共に大満足です！ 小腹が空いてきた頃の 22時からの夜泣きそばが美味しかった。 天気が良かったので朝日も綺麗でした。 本当にいい旅になりました。 また利用させていただきたいと思います。

We stayed at Akazawa onsen hotel, a hotel owned by a DHC, a big cosmetic & health company in Japan, for my b-day celebration, and this hotel met all my expectations. From the sanitation, cleanliness of the room, the tasty food they serve, the accommodating staff members, the huge onsen,(public bath), gym, jacuzzi spa, with dry and mist sauna, they also have a bowling alley, not to mention they're using DHC products for their toiletries and the amenities you need. But most of all, the impeccable design of the hotel itself has impressed me a lot! This is definitely the hotel I will come back to and I will never get tired of staying in, especially in the summertime & winter season.

【ベッドルーム】 ・タバコ臭い。 ・空気清浄機がない。（貸出もなし） ・ファブリーズがあったので撒いたが、タバコ臭いのは消せなかった。 ・冷蔵庫が冷えず、買ってきたビールがぬるくなった。 ・ベッドサイドではUSB充電しかできなかった。（スマホの充電を高速充電させるには電源が必要） ・ガラスのコップが引き出しにあったのに気づかなかった。 ・ガラスのコップが汚くて使う気になれなかった。 【トイレ】 ・ウォシュレット付き。 ・清潔。 【洗面台】 ・物を置く場所が無い位狭いが、キレイ。 ・手を拭くタオルがない。 ・ペーパータオルだけおいてある。 ・ドライヤーがサロニアで良い。 【部屋風呂】 ・古く、カビが生えていた。 【和室】 ・ベッドルームほどタバコ臭くはなかった。 ・ペンやメモ用紙がなかった。 ・湯呑が薄いので熱湯を注ぐと熱くなり持てないほどだった。 ・掛け布団がふかふかで良さそうだった。 ・女優ミラーが良かった！ 【大風呂】 ・スリッパが他人のと混ざらないよう工夫がされていた。 ・露天風呂、熱めの風呂、打たせ湯、かけ湯もあり良かった！ 【客室】 隣の部屋の音、上の部屋の音、廊下を歩く人の音が一切せず静かだった。 【お料理】 美味しかったが、特筆すべき個性はなかった。 【浴衣】 サイズ選びの目安が身長で書かれていたが、幅が大きすぎたのでワンサイズ小さいのに変えた。体系の目安があると親切だと思った。 【アメニティ】 ・体を洗う健康タオルのようなものがあれば良かった。 ・私が見た時はヘアバンドがなくなっていた。 ・バンスクリップ（ヘアクリップ）があれば良かった。 【送迎バス】 便利で助かった。 【立地】 24時間営業のマックスバリューが隣にあったので便利だった。 【総評】 客層の年齢層が高く、落ち着いた雰囲気だったので良かった。 和洋室は、洋室と和室がそれぞれに仕切れるので、思春期の子供を抱える家族や、2世代の家族でも使えると思った。

We had an amazing time in this great Ryokan! The staff is great, the food is delicious and hot tubs super/very clean. We spent 2 weeks in Japan and our 4-night at Yokikan offered calm, relaxing and reinvigorating time in this traditional Japanese hotel, perfect for the family. Ito is also a beautiful city to visit. The hotel owners (husband and wife) are amazing and the staff too. We will go back for sure.... I stayed at KAI Ito for two nights for a long overdue and precious family reunion. It seems that a good chunk of their guests stay for just one night, but we stayed two, because we traveled far to get there. First night was fine (acceptable for what they charge), but the second day was disappointing. Beware. They are NOT geared for Renpaku (continuous stays)! 1. We declined room cleaning (e.g. no vacuuming) after the first night, but they said they would refresh amenities (new towels, etc.) We got fresh towels, but they left used tea cups and glasses uncleaned. We had to call to replenish toilet papers. I had to go to the front desk, because the fresh yukata (bath robes) they gave me was of wrong size. They didn't replenish drinking water. All in all, we had to call at least four times to get everything right for the second night. This would be okay for a basic business hotel, but we were staying in a fine resort.... 2. We followed a recommendation from our nakai-san (person assigned to take care of us) to take a bus to Mt. Ohmuro and take a lift up to the top for a ”spectacular view of Izumo Peninsula.” It turned out this lift had been shut down for at least a week for a two-week repair, and we learned about it at the bus station (there was a tiny sign in Japanese about the closure). I told a lady at the front desk about the closure, but the reaction I got was a curt ”Oh, excuse us.” I also mentioned we were able to find another nice place to visit, and she said, ”That's nice.” I wasn't sure if this lady would share the info with others, so they would stop giving wrong advice to more guests.... 3. Meals are highlights of a stay at a Japanese resort, but KAI didn't make an effort to serve a different menu on the second night. The meal was very similar to the first night with only minor variations. It was different from our experiences at other fine resorts in Japan (including another Hoshino resort.) There was also a bunch of other things that made us wonder about this place (too minor to remember but bothersome in their entirety). By the checkout time, everyone in our party was just ready to go. Instead of enjoying hospitality, I felt I was being forced to accommodate the way they wanted to run their place. Again, okay for a basic hotel but way below expectations for a place like KAI.

The hotel is located right opposite to a memorial park for WIlliam Adams / Anjin, who was someone significant to Japanese history. His stories were told every night at the hotel to let the guests know more about him. The hotel was cruise ship-themed because of this too. Interesting design and cozy rooms. Both breakfast and dinner were included in the booking and the food was up to standard. What's valued most was their friendly and attentive staff. Their hospitality made our stay pleasant. In particular, one of the staff at the restaurant 高木 was very friendly, professional and attentive to details. We were travelling with our 14-month old toddler who was a bit upset and cried loudly during dinner. Sadly and ridiculously, we were complained by another group of hotel guests who shared the same dining room with us. They told the staff that our toddler was VERY DISTRUBING (and wished us to mute him like we could magically do it with a button) but ironically, they talked so loudly among themselves that I could hear their conversation loud and clear throughout the dinner. The way Ms 高木 handled their complaint was very professional. We highly appreciated her efforts, friendliness and understanding towards our kids.

前回は「温泉付の部屋」をチョイスしましたが、今回は8畳の和室の部屋を素泊まりにて。（一番安いプランです） 眺めは温泉付の部屋の反対側で、ただの街並みが見えるだけなので期待しない方がいいです。また、室内の風呂はないのですが大浴場がありますので問題無いです。 その大浴場は日替わりなのですが、どちらも広い風呂でいい湯加減です。また湯上がり場もありますのでゆっくり出来ます。 いまは、第一駐車場（機械式駐車場）より少し離れた第2駐車場（平面）に駐車するのが普通のようです。でも、ちょっと離れていますのでご注意下さい。 まぁ、歩いて数分のところにスーパーもあるので、一人旅にはちょうど良いプランですし、ゆっくり出来るので良いと思います。ぜいたくしたい方はいろんなプランがあるので選んで宿泊するのが良いと思います。
