Hotel terbaik di Ittigen

Chose this hotel as a base for 5 nights to explore the area and wanted a reasonably priced hotel with parking and air-conditioning and this was the hotel that met that criteria. The hotel is situated just off the motorway and the only way I found to get to the hotel was by taking the motorway which while not a toll road does require your car having a Swiss motorway vignette which costs CHF40, my GPS did show a back road to the hotel but when I took it one day when trying to get back to the hotel it just ended at a locked gate. The check in was friendly and easy and my room 317 was a good size but very basic and overlooked a rather neglected courtyard but beyond the courtyard were some lovely distant views. The room was air-conditioned which was much appreciated during the heatwave they were having in July 2022. The room had a couple of problems one was the TV which wouldn’t turn off a few times and the only way to turn it off was to unplug it but the plug was under the desk and required getting down on your hands and knees to unplug it. The hotel was able to give me a power board so I didn’t have to go under the desk to turn it off which while not an ideal solution did solve the problem during my five night stay. While it was a double room it was actually two single beds next to each other but as I was travelling alone and booked a single room only one of the beds was made up There was a big luggage rack and small closet with some shelves and a safe at a decent height and a big bench for a desk with a chair and another easy chair in the corner. The room was a disabled room and the bathroom just has a shower corner with a curtain and a fold down seat. A nice touch at the hotel from what I could gather was that any muffins and the like left over from the breakfast service were laid out on a table for guests to have later in the day and while there was no fridge in the room I was able to get some ice from the front desk each night. Apart from a restaurant and petrol station at the entrance to the hotel there is nothing within walking distance so a car is a must if staying here but it met my needs as an economical hotel, for Switzerland for me to tour the area. There was plenty of free parking and while the hotel is situated in a motorway rest area it is up a bit of a hill from the petrol station so it didn’t cause any problems. Can’t say enough nice things about the staff who were always friendly and helpful during my stay.

It's was a wonderful trip to Bern and also Moxy Hotel. This is my first time in Moxy and my expectation was that it will be amazing friendly hotel and it was more then amazing. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel. When we went to check in, we got a WARM welcome from reception staff member. They explained about hotel, Bern ticket and the old town. The man at the reception gave us a voucher for a welcome drink which was very nice. Room was super cute but we did not found a laundry, but there was an ironing room. The thing which I loved the most in a room was a welcome message on a TV!! Overall, I recommend this hotel for everyone!!!

PROS - Modern clean rooms with comfortable beds and reading lights. - Fast and easy route to the centre via the bus (free to guests!) - Black out blinds - Two bed apartment was very spacious - Laundry facilities (washer and dryer, 2 francs each) were really helpful, and clearly signposted - Parking including reasonably fast electric car charging - Concierge was available, helpful and very friendly. CONS - The air con was very slow even when turned up to the highest setting, and rooms were hot. Windows don’t open. - The breakfast was abysmal value. No fruit selection (just the usual bulk-bought fruit salad; it doesn’t cost much to put some apples and seasonal fruit in a bowl to choose from!). The scrambled eggs were rated inedible by the whole family. No baguette or whole loaves to slice, just large individual rolls and some white sliced processed bread.

Ich habe eine Nacht gebucht. Check- in war unkompliziert. Wie bereits viele schreiben ist im Zimmer alles via Fernbedienung bedienbar. Ich persönlich mag das jetzt nicht so besonders. Hatte Probleme, die Dusche zu bedienen. Ansonsten wäre alles Positiv zu bewerten bis auf einen grossen Minuspunkt: das Bett war mit einem plastifizierten Molton bezogen. Kennt man von Kinderbetten, damit nichts auf die Matratze läuft Nachts… Ergebnis/ ich habe geschwitzt wie sonstwas. Nachts um 3 aufgewacht: plitschnass. Hatte kein 2. Pyjama dabei und bin den Rest der Nacht in meinem eigenen Schweiss gelegen. Echt unangenehm!

Switzerland such an amazing country with so lovely ppl, but this hotel was the worst! Staff at the reception was extremely not professional in Ibis and Novotel (both). Whenever u ask any assistance they will never even try to help or assist you, the hosting is the worse. The girl at the reception from Novotel just careless, she will look at you as you have to deal with ur problems. No Adapter to even charge the phone they can’t provide. We stayed for more than 7 hotels at the time we checked in here and even in the villages were adapters. Okay that’s not the main problem. Business center of the Novotel is USELESS! U can’t download, exit save send to ur own email as they blocking system, okay why then I need the business center?! So we just sit there for 1 hour and didn’t understand the problem, and the guy from reception said yes this is how it is. Take it or leave it! But as everywhere there are sone good ppl, who has really deserved to work in a hospitality field. Staff such as like JANINE & TANZINE ( i hope the spelling is correct) were just an angel and a fresh air from this all what we faced during the stay. They just solved our problems in a second, that’s the host we’re looking for when we come to the country where u don’t know anything and anyone. Thanks girls, rock it stars! 服務：前台服務態度很好，但英語不是太標準，辦理入住時多收了停車費用（我們其實沒有開車），後來多收的費用也給退回卡上了。整體不錯。 設施：房間很大，很舒服。剛入住時發現電視沒電，吹風機也是壞的，不過在聯繫前台後，維修師傅很快就來解決了，沒有影響。 食物：覺得瑞士物價貴，沒在酒店訂吃的。 整體：酒店位置很好，交通很便利，離玫瑰園也很近，晚飯後一家人慢悠悠的溜過去，很舒服愜意。如果帶小孩的話，值得考慮。

Super hôtel, accueil très sympa et chaleureux. Nous étions dans une chambre Budget, très propre et silencieuse malgré la promiscuité entre les chambres. Situé au nord de la ville l’hôtel se trouve juste à côté d’un arrêt de tram qui vous permet d’accéder en 10min au centre ville, sinon le centre ville est à moins de 30min à pied. Aussi vous pouvez obtenir des billets de transport gratuit pour la durée de votre séjour. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de tester le petit déjeuner trop cher pour des des petits français comme nous. Je recommande également, par beau temps, d’aller aux piscine gratuites et extérieure situées en dessous du parlement et à côté de l’Aar avec une possibilité à cet endroit de se jeter dedans et se laisser emporter par le courant sous la surveillance d’un maître nageur plutôt attirant. J’ai fein la noyade mais malheureusement il n’est pas venu à mon secours. Pour les amateurs de speed dating je vous recommande le plongeoir ou même le petit restaurant où plein de gens très beau viendront acheter des trucs que vous, en tant que français, n’auront pas la chance d’acheter. Bref l’hôtel est super bien ! Et si vous avez pas beaucoup d’argent des restaurants situés le long du chemin du retour à l’hôtel en partant du centre ville sont très abordable.

The hotel is in a very quiet area a few stops with the tram from downtown. There are parking places for a few cars in the back or in the street, where you also can charge your car. We had a room at the first floor facing the street with view to the military grounds. The room was quit big with space for your luggage, a desk with coffee/tea - and complimentary water. Nice touch. The staff is very friendly and gives you information about the area with and as a guest you receive the free Berncard with free transport. Breakfast is plenty with all you need inc. very good Swiss cheese. Many nice restaurants in the area inc an italian and a Middle East. We loved our stay and will definitely come back another time.
