Thank you for the service, First time staying in this hotel. Mostly business people staying here.

This was my third stay st this hotel. Great place. Breakfast is busy at 6:30 am but good food.

Location was great. Staffs are nice. I just wish the bed was softer.

Great simple and clean hotel. Rooms are bigger than expected compared to other hotels in Japan. Free breakfast is a bonus

Checking is is very efficient with a touchscreen machine, where also the passports are scanned. It is however lacking any human connection. I prefer the human contact when checking in. Room was as expected.

Near to the Iwakuni train station. Staff is very helpful and always smiling. Opposite the hotel is a big supermarket. My first stay in Tokyo Inn and I was quite impressed by the breakfast. You able to bring the breakfast to your room if you worry about getting crowded at the breakfast area. Highly recommended.

房間還算乾淨，比之前在大阪住的稍微空間大了一點點，早餐滿合胃口的，周邊環境一般般，沒找到有大一點的超市，稍顯不足

空港から近いのでタクシーでも安いです。 博多より空港のアクセスは便利です。 近くに食事できるところもいっぱいあるし、ただの空港に朝早くいくためだけの宿泊はもったいない感じです。

이와쿠니역에서 걸어서 10분정도 거리 나쁘지 않고 방크기도 다른일본호텔보다는 조금 커서 또 방문의향 있을정도

房間清潔，免費早餐還好。

受付のスタッフの対応が丁寧で、説明も分かりやすく、たいへんよかったです。また、利用したいと思います。

酒店清潔。服務。我可以給85分。 位置可以 下次又可以選擇這一間酒店

部屋が静かでぐっすり眠ることができました、朝食を部屋へ持ち帰ることができるのはＧＯＯＤです。

いつも気分良く泊まっています。 14日はチョコもいただきました。
