Absolutely love this hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely staff so friendly and welcoming from the girls on reception, Maria who does breakfast and pool bar, Kevin behind the bar at night and the cleaners who keep the hotel in tip top condition, so looking forward to returning in June this year, can't wait

Whay a lovely find. Hidden away on a back street Hotel Nathalie is a perfect, small hotel with excellent customer service and a beautiful setting. Clean, modern, with all the amenities you could want (air conditioning in the room, fridge, terrace, pool.and poolside bar, inside bar, free breakfast) and a great location. Staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly and every need was met.

Wow! I am 100% reiterating all the earlier reviews We arrived late at night and the driver asked us to walk down a little street, turn right at the top, the hotel will be opposite on the left. I did wonder where I was going! Well there it was - a small, pretty quaint hotel surrounded by flowers 🌸 The interior is beautifully decorated with a lovely little courtyard where you can sit and relax or eat breakfast there. Leading to the courtyard is a well stocked bright bar with comfy seats both at the bar and surrounding it. To top it all there is Kevin. What a lovely guy and what a pleasure to be in his company. We had some good laughs with him and nothing, absolutely nothing is a problem for him. His personality is super cool! All the staff are super attentive and always laughing. Hotel reception is manned by a team of three ladies who are very efficient. Breakfast (varied and plentiful) is served by very helpful smiling staff. Thank you everyone and especially the staff who clean the rooms. Such a lovely touch to walk back in later in the day and the bed is made up, towels changed and bins emptied. The pool outside has enough sun beds for everyone and a great bar offering a range of food tea, coffee and alcohol. Do try the Greek Burger!! Maria thank you so much for your service, attention and fun times. Big thank you for my strong coffee with fresh milk!😉 There are some lovely restaurants along the main road ( be careful it is a busy fast through road to Rhodes town and motorbikes don’t respect pedestrians). Napoli at the end of the road is excellent and so popular. Happy, happy staff. Also El Greco with fine Greek food. The pebbly beach is across the busy road(🫣) where you access to sun beds, we were never charged. To sum up our holiday - Nathalie is absolutely beautiful and you would be mad to miss out! Love small hotel, clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. A special mention to Kevin the barman, Paola on night reception, Maria doing breakfast and pool bar and all the day time staff on reception,they all couldn't do enough for you. The only downside in my opinion is the shower as the floor got absolutely soaking wet. Pool area was lovely and clean. Good value for money.

Stayed here in October and the hotel was quite full.Its set off the main road in a residential area so when you get your transfer they drop you off at the main road because mini buses cant get up the road and you just have to walk to it .Very Quaint Greek Hotel,its very clean and the staff are very friendly and cant do enough for you,plenty of choice at breakfast and the pool bar serves great food.Rooms are basic but cleaned on a daily basis.My friend and I had a family economy room as it was cheaper than two double rooms.Its basically two rooms with an interconnecting door and a shared toilet with a balcony for each room overlooking the pool.the shower wasn't the best as the whole bathroom got soaked as its quite small.Its in a good location to explore Rhodes and if you dont like the hustle and bustle of being in the city center but like to go in and come away.It has frequent bus services in and out of the center.Buy your tickets from the supermarket its cheaper than paying the bus driver,Numerous restaurants and shops in and around the hotel and a big supermarket just across the road. The Hotel will organise tours for you we did Lindos in the evening and Symi Island which were great value for money.Rhodes old town is a nice place to wander around with plenty of restaurants and shops it does get quite busy when the criuse ships are in,but generally you can find a nice quiet spot.

The 3 star rating doesn't really do it justice. Above all the friendliness of the staff really made it feel like home. Most of the guests at this time of year (October) were retired couples like ourselves and there was a nice relaxed vibe. There is an outside area covered by an arbor with vegetation where you can eat breakfast, or drink a beer in the evening. The pool is clean and adequate. There were plenty of places to eat and drink about 10 minutes walk away on the main beach road but we found Rhodes Town more interesting (E2.30 each way on bus)

A great value small, boutique hotel with the friendliest staff who make you feel like you've known them for years. This hotel is more suited to mature couples rather than families. Communal areas of hotel are well decorated in authentic modern Greek style. The outdoor courtyard is a beautiful setting to enjoy and evening drink with candlelit lanterns. Excellent buffet breakfast with good choice of hot and cold food. Pool is a good size with excellent food served at the pool bar. The homemade chips are particularly delicious! Whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Google maps make hotel look like it is in the middle of nowhere but there are some small gift shops, a few restaurants, some travel agencies for booking excursions, a pharmacy, beauty salon, car hire depot and a large Spar supermarket just 5 mins walk away. The hotel is tucked away from main road, so is quiet and peaceful. Only 5 min walk to bus stop with regular buses to Rhodes town, only costing 3 Euros each way. Bedrooms are basic but beds are comfortable with lovely feather pillows, although more than just a sheet is really needed for Oct. Air conditioning is chargeable from Oct but wasn't needed, as evenings were cool and rooms kept cool during the day if curtains left closed when you are out. Fridge was really handy to store water and milk for making tea/coffee with the room kettle. Plenty of hangers in wardrobe, although limited drawer space. Hairdryer handily located by mirror in bedroom. The only thing stopping me giving this hotel a 5 star rating is the bathroom. Bathroom is very small and door kept bashing into sink and would only half open. Shower needs updating as very old style and either shower flex or shower curtain keeps touching you when showering. Sometimes water was not very hot first thing in the morning. Overall, this is a really lovely hotel, excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

Really lovely place to stay, so friendly and really helpful, kind staff. I would have given 5 stars but it is mainly for Jet2 customers and all the flights come in during the middle of the night. We were near the lift and stairs and were woken up many times by people banging doors, being on the phone or even in one case a couple having a loud argument. We were on the 3rd floor as were most customers from Jet2. Everything echos. Some of the rooms could do with a makeover, especially the bathrooms where the showers are erratic. We did enjoy our time there and it was convenient for the bus into town. Breakfast was good as was the lunch by the pool.Everyone staying was in the older age bracket, it's not really for children. Maybe take air plugs, lots of people had been several times. You do get what you pay for and we don't like huge hotels so this is very small and very Greek . Don't expect fluffy towels and large rooms. The air conditioning is switched off in October so you need to pay extra if you need it.

A friend recommended this traditional greek hotel and it didn’t disappoint. All the staff and fellow guests were very friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed. The decor is charming and the courtyard really beautiful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and the breakfast room never felt crowded. We only used the pool on a couple of occasions and there were always sun beds available whatever time we arrived. We ate at the pool once and thought the quality and value of the food was very good. There was a lovely atmosphere in the bar in the evening so we called in for after dinner drinks each night (thanks to Kevin for making us tea). My room was in the first floor and on occasion, I could hear late night (early morning) noise from the bar so if like me, you’re a light sleeper, you may wish to take earplugs! Lots of people return to this hotel each year and I may just become one of them.
