The room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

In het centrum van de stad, schoon, goed ontbijt, loopafstanden aan het waterkant , ook naar vele goede restaurants en ook winkels. Zeker een aanrader.
Odaya gidene kadar herşey güzeldi. Geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen hızlıca karşıladılar. Sadece oda dışardan çok gürültü alıyodu. Yorgun olmasaydık uyuyamazdık. Temizlik normal, yatak ise baya genişti

whole service was amazing esspeacilly the treatment at reception towards guests is exceptional. The food was good housekeeping service was great but the hotel definetely needs a renovation it is a bit old fasion. Anyways I would stay here again if I come back to Izmir

Getting a bit old and run down, broken tap in shower made it hard to adjust. Otherwise the bed was comfortable but the A/C couldn't be adjusted below a certain temperature, possibly a cost cutting exercise. Nice view from the rooftop area and meal at the restaurant was quite googd

We spent two nights at this hotel. It is well located, so you can walk around and visit the city. The rooms were spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable, but there were no featherless hypoallergenic pillows. Also, rooms had carpets, so for those with allergies, this may be an issue. The dining room was fine (nothing special), with issues with the AC (some areas were very cold). It offered a good selection of International and Turkish items. However, there was no food service on the terrace (it has a great view of the city). Buffet breakfast was on another floor, and they offered a lovely selection of Turkish dishes. Employees were friendly.

This is absolutely the worst experience I had in my years of traveling. Literally the first time I walked out of any hotel. The Hotel was dishonest and their room is very dated. They gave me a smoking room and claimed that they are full, despite I took screen shots of the Hilton App, and showing them that they are selling 4 categories of rooms for the same night. They lied. Needless to say they didn’t honor my request for an upgrade based on my Frequent Guest Status benefits. I showed the screen shots to the Front Desk Lady and she claimed that none of the rooms are available even though it was already 8pm at night. The front desk lady told me that I just needed to sign the form since I am getting a “ big room.” However, based on the floor plan posted on the door, I was actually given one of the smallest room with an odd L-shaped hallway corner room. Unaware that I received a smoking room, I went upstairs and into the room. Immediately I noticed the strong odor of cigarette smoke. From inside the room, I ended up calling Hilton Desk in the US for assistance. The Hilton Team was able to speak to the hotel directly and at first, the Hotel Front Desk continued to claim that they are full. After insisting that I get a non-smoking room, then suddenly another room on the 9th floor became available. But by then, after being in a smoking room and on the phone with Hilton Desk for 30 minutes, the dust and the smoke irritants triggered my allergies. I started having runny nose and I ended up requesting the Hilton Desk to intervene and cancel my stay. There is absolutely no view from the room. The furniture and decor is very outdated. There are plenty of options 5-7 minutes walk away such as The Renaissance or the Swissotel. I would never stay at this location. Do not spend your money here.

I just want to thank the front desk manager (whose calling card I cannot find!!) who even stayed after his work day hours to book my last minute decision to book a balloon ride in Cappodocia. He was super polite, efficient and contacted the balloon company from the front desk, filled in the necessary forms for that company and did so with a charming and helpful attitude. This was on July 5th and his shift ended at 6PM if that helps to give my warm "kudos" to someone who went out of his way to help me.
