酒店很新，設施不錯，樓下有小酒吧，早餐相對單一，位置有點偏，好在附近有地鐵站，可以直接刷Visa卡坐地鐵去市區

總體不錯，房間舒服，周邊環境一般

I was on a business trip to Izmir and decided to book this hotel due to its location close to the office. I booked directly (via Accor) and unfortunately, at the time of reservation, it was not possible to pay for the hotel online. I was arriving late into the night, on the 27th of September 2023, but since I checked that the front-desk was open 24/7, I decided it would be ok to be checked in after midnight. When I arrived to the front-desk around 1 AM, I was told that there is no room, as they cancelled the reservation. The email that I received stated that it was cancelled on my request, which, of course, was not true. The front-desk employee couldn't provide any reason, so we had to call the manager of the hotel. After some back and forth with very aggressive and impolite manager, it turned out that he arbitrary decided to cancel the reservation (and I would assume, sell this room for much more money to someone who gave him a good baksheesh). Throughout my 100+ nights with Accor Hotels, I have never had such an issue - which makes me assume that it was the manager of the hotel who had interest in selling this room to someone else. The front-desk employee was helpful looking for another hotel and arranging for a taxi for me, which was indeed a stark contrast with his manager, who was yelling on the phone that everything was not his problem. A few days later I was able to recover the workflow of the issue: While I was flying, around 9 PM, the hotel tried to authorise the payment (which was a little interesting, as they didn't do it during any of the days between reservation and the arrival date). The bank decided that the hotel was a scam (which typically happens when a company was reported as scam before) and cancelled the transaction. The manager used this as an excuse to cancel my reservation. There is no need to say, that the hotel didn't try to reach out via email or phone, they just cancelled the reservation. I later read on Google Reviews that this is not an uncommon thing - the manager of this hotel does this kind of things regularly. I would like to urge whoever is thinking about staying at this hotel, to stay elsewhere.

the staff was perfect and friendly spicily silin and delise .. the room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. housekeeping lady was very clean and friendly her name amina .. breakfast was delicious and fresh the location of the hotel perfect .. the lounge was cozy and the service was good.only one thing was Annoyed me to much there was noisy from the building near the hotel they wake up me from 9am morning was really noisy we can’t sleep but the hotel tried to make us happy because this thing out of there powered but they try to fix the problem.. iwill come back sure to this hotel but after The building is completing the construction and demolition process.

Beautiful hotel and even better staff. Currently at the ibis as I am having dental treatment in izmir, the hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. The shared spaces are lovely and comfortable and the restaurant is a great addition to the hotel. As for the staff they are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble, rooms are clean and cleaned everyday unless you don't want to be disturbed. The food at the restaurant and room service is excellent, good quality and very well priced. Overall I am so happy to recommend ibis, thank you to everyone for making my stay so great so far.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous for my reasons. The rooms are large and comfy with gorgeous huge beds with everything you would need for your stay. Fridges in rooms, fabulous big waterfall showers and balconies. The staff are so kind and as my daughter and i had surgery in Izmir it was so lovely to have such kind staff to bring us ice packs and anything else we needed. They gave us a late check out to 2pm and the maid even gave up her time so we could shower and five before we left for the airport. Thank you to Gokcen, Hek, and Selda for making our stay so lovely ...see you again x

My trip to Izmir and staying at the Ibis Style … not too good today with the restaurant service meal was really bad … here until the 15th this is the 2nd day hopefully the service will improve and I can give a better review … the staff are good but the communication between them is not great

So clean and quiet rooms and great breakfast, but we asked for an extra quilt but we didnt get it, but overall is a really good hotel

New hotel, well equipped modern room, more than enough breakfast, friendly staff, reasonable price. The only improvement point I would say is the thin walls as I could hear even crooning of next door guest. Location depends on your needs as close to commercial area and harbour but not waking distance to waterfront. Strongly recommended.

Ibis Styles Izmir Bornova is located in business district of Izmir. We stayed in this hotel as a family for 3 nights. Our stay was very comfortable and got a real ibis styles experience. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was good with a highest hygiene standards. The hotel has a nice garden. We will come back again. Recommended for travellers.

Hotel was proper

Temiz düzgün bir otel, personeller güleryüzlü ve konuksever. Geve restoran ve servis personeli yetersiz kalıyor. Restoranda çaldıkları müzikleri acilen değiştirmeleri iyi olur.

Otel yeni ve temizdi.Odaları konforlu,kahvaltısı ***et yeterliydi.Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel

Otel genel olarak hizmet kalitesi iyi olan bir otel. Tek bir sorun var hafta sonları otelin yanındaki eğlence mekanının yüksek müzik sesi odalarda rahatsızlık yaratıyor.
