The service is very good, the hotel has its own restaurant, the morning buffet is not very much for the Chinese, the paid chicken package at night tastes very good. Very noisy, because there are 3 main roads next to it, the room is not very soundproof, and the sound of the room talking loudly can be heard in the corridor outside. The elevator is very small, it feels up to 1*1, and it can accommodate 2 people + 2 suitcases. Next to the subway station, you can go directly to Ankara Airport, but the subway tickets are cashed and purchased, and credit card payments are not accepted.

It is very nice to have the thermal and swimming pool in the same hotel. The card does not work at the first entrance (10th floor). It was interesting that the card was not activated against any intervention at the parking lot entrance. Not to mention the fan in the bathroom not working. The pool and thermal areas were very nice.

The room was big and cosy. The breakfast has less options but tastes good! It is very close to the train station.

Everyone was very good at the entrance, from friends at the reception to our room service workers. Thank you.

The welcome is very nice. Mr. Aydoğan, Ms. Ceren and Berna are very cordial. All the staff are very friendly, especially Ms. Melda in the SPA section, they are all very friendly and smiling. We stay as if it were our own home, without feeling like a stranger.

Availability of cafes, restaurants, in the shopping center, possibility of breakfast, lunch, dinner 24/7. Very polite staff (I want to stress that all the service of the hotel is kept on staff, but not on management!) From unpleasant and why I do not recommend: The hotel is updated, but the technical service is very weak, the operation service is actually missing. Entered in the room, the room related to the door with the other, updated, generally well cleanly cleaned, but the chair in the room is very old and erased, there is no cover on the TV control, the sub-size small does not cover the entire blanket, The railroads were bound as it came, a small mirror in the bathroom without bolts, we had dirty towels in the room and separately lay clean towels. Of the bathing facilities, 5 bottles of shower gel, shampoo and one body locker. There was a tea set, and every day water in bottles (it is from pluses). I would like to thank the gentleman of the evening shift from the housekeeping department, replaced all towels, brought additional pillows, thank you huge, very polite.
