Hotel berhampiran Sarnıç BİM AVM, Izmir

It was an excellent decision to stay here . We had an 11 am flight . We looked at finding a hotel in Izmir but that was a nightmare , Thé evening and morning traffic impossible We arrived here latish ( Izmir traffic that could have been avoided ). and had a very relaxing evening and an especially easy morning - you are right in the airport !!! I would do this again

25 Ocak gecesi, ertesi gunku ucusumuz oncesi konakladik. Odalar havalimani oteli icin ideal. Ancak, odaya girdigimizde cok soguktu. Oda kartini takili birakip resepsiyondan yeni kart alarak yemege gittik. Dondugumuzde en ufak bir isi degisimi yoktu. Bildiginiz donduk. (Sanirim 304 nolu odaydi) Banyoyu kullanmak istedim ısınmak icin. Su 30dk sonra ısındı. Sabaha kadar yorganin altinda uyuduk eşimle. Belki odaya has bir sorundu ama hic bu kadar üşümemiştik. Esimin saatini unutmustuk. 5 gun sonra sorunsuz teslim aldik. Bu konuda tesekkur ederiz.

Didn't notice that the bathroom is outside when I booked it, the room is not that big. Well, that area is in a higher price of accomodations. I stayed in Izmir only 1 day, but it's a nice seaside city. The breakfast is nice 👍

Nice and affordable hotel in the center of Izmir. Metro Basmane 7 minutes on foot. Kemer Alty market on foot for 10 minutes. Everything is near! Excellent internet in the hotel. Comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast. Courteous and friendly staff. They will always help. Tea and water in the hotel is free. Very comfortably. We are staying for the third time. I recommend! I will definitely come again.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in on par with top name hotels and exceptional value the staff are excellent always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help nothing is to much trouble the management don't hide behind the scenes always around and there to have a chat or help altho you are treated as a guest your also treated like a friend, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice something for everyone i would recommend to anyone going to Izmir definitely a 10 out of 10 plus

Hello good morning, my name is Yuval Shaul Unfortunately, my experience with booking and the hotel I booked is not a good one. My parents flew to Izomir in Turkey for a vacation. Their names are Hamotel and Shlomi Shaul I booked them LA'GORA hotel for 3 nights between the dates: 03-06/08/2023 (the reservation is in the name of my mother Hamotel Shaul) On Thursday 3/8/2023 when they arrived at the hotel, they checked in. They were not in the room and went for a walk. When they came back at night and showered, there was no hot water at all but frozen water in the shower! In the morning when my father got up, he immediately ran to tell the reception about the terrible problem that it was not possible to take a shower and that it was not okay at all. And the clerks received him at the reception, understood him completely and said that unfortunately it was a malfunction in the hotel and that it is not expected to be fixed at the moment. My father said he couldn't stay because of this problem, they understood him completely and told him to talk to Booking, and that they take responsibility for the problem, and that he should talk to Booking, who will send a request to cancel the cancellation, and the hotel will approve the cancellation even without a fine! Because they take responsibility for the malfunction of the hot water and understand that a guest cannot stay with such a malfunction. My parents called me that morning from the reception because I made the reservation for them through you. I called you at 9:00 and spoke with a representative named Tomer. He understood the situation and called the hotel and asked them to confirm the cancellation he sent. He will confirm the cancellation. So, I told my parents to leave the hotel so as not to waste their time and go to another hotel that we closed at that moment so that they could continue the trip, and mainly because the officials stated that it would be a shame to wait because the cancellation from the hotel takes 3-5 days. He is from France, they took pictures from the hotel and even took pictures from inside their room!! So how does the hotel say they did not check in?? Please prove it to them with these pictures. The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

The hotel location is good. Staff is really helpful. They got car parking facility though you need to hand over the car on the main road. Rooms are very clean, and the washroom has all amenities. Breakfast options are quote less, and the egg station is paid, which was a bit weird. Rest I will stay overall it was a very good experience to stay here.
