Hotel berhampiran Yeşiltepe Parkı, Izmir

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. The location is good, on the border of the Konak in a small street that leads to the boulevard. There are two bus stations and one metro station nearby. The sea and the Clock Tower are an easy walk, half an hour... My room was very small but clean. The problem was the window that could not be opened and ventilation was not possible. There is no partition or shower curtain in the bathroom. There is also no shelf for toiletries. Breakfast was good, eggs, cheese, muesli, coffee, tea...

We have stay this hotel with my wife for rest and relax our brain . Because i really like this hotel room view and also i stayed special room which have yakuzi .. all perfect and we really enjoy to stay here . I have a home at İzmir and no need to stay but i take photo of this hotel last year and always want to stay this room and i made it .. location and all is perfect about this hotel and i am sure you will also like

Didn't notice that the bathroom is outside when I booked it, the room is not that big. Well, that area is in a higher price of accomodations. I stayed in Izmir only 1 day, but it's a nice seaside city. The breakfast is nice 👍

Nice and affordable hotel in the center of Izmir. Metro Basmane 7 minutes on foot. Kemer Alty market on foot for 10 minutes. Everything is near! Excellent internet in the hotel. Comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast. Courteous and friendly staff. They will always help. Tea and water in the hotel is free. Very comfortably. We are staying for the third time. I recommend! I will definitely come again.

Their names are Hamotel and Shlomi Shaul I booked them LA'GORA hotel for 3 nights between the dates: 03-06/08/2023 (the reservation is in the name of my mother Hamotel Shaul) On Thursday 3/8/2023 when they arrived at the hotel, they checked in. They were not in the room and went for a walk. When they came back at night and showered, there was no hot water at all but frozen water in the shower! In the morning when my father got up, he immediately ran to tell the reception about the terrible problem that it was not possible to take a shower and that it was not okay at all. And the clerks received him at the reception, understood him completely and said that unfortunately it was a malfunction in the hotel and that it is not expected to be fixed at the moment. My father said he couldn't stay because of this problem, they understood him completely and told him to talk to Booking, and that they take responsibility for the problem, and that he should talk to Booking, who will send a request to cancel the cancellation, and the hotel will approve the cancellation even without a fine! Because they take responsibility for the malfunction of the hot water and understand that a guest cannot stay with such a malfunction. Ein Mövenpick Hotel sollte nicht Ihre Zimmern vernachlässigen - dann kommen die Gäste auch für ein herrliches Frühstück. Das Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich ist in schlechtem Zustand, wenn für ein Business-Reise gebucht ist reicht alle für allemal. Fitnessbereich hat eine super Aussicht morgens zum Meer hinaus. Kaputte Fenster (417) haben uns nicht gestört aber es ist ganz billig wenn die Badezimmertür nicht zu geht!
