環境不錯，乾淨衞生。

Great staff and clean room. Found the front desk hard to find inside a small mall with the escalator not working. Not many opportunities to eat nearby

It is not close to the airport. Shuttle is limited, not available at the needed time. Hotel is inside of a mall, second floor and you need to walk carrying your luggage from the street to the hotel. If tge mall is closed it is even worse. The bathroom is too small. Room is ok

We were only overnight when we arrived in Mexico. There was a glitch locating the agent at the airport- Terminal 1 Gate 4 to connect us to the hotel shuttle. Apart from that the stay was very good.

We liked the room but didnt receive a free breakfast which we though was included in the vip

When I arrive the room wasn’t ready, it was more than 3 pm When I asked for my benefit they told me I will find it in my room, I got the room and wasn’t there, I went down asked again and they said they will send it, it never arrived

The staff was amazing, the room was not 100% clean, but when I brought it up the staff apologized and fixed the issue. The entrace was a tad confusing... Like other hotels in the area they share an entrace with a store or shopping cennter.

The room was very dirty. Dust everywhere, the bed sheets and blankets are dirty and spoty.

It was much farther from the airport than I expected and the shuttle only runs hourly

A shopping mall right there great if it is a stay your first night before a flight to a holiday destination. Restaurants in the mall or many in the same parking zone.

This is the first hotel I saw attached to s plaza.

It was very convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport, huge plus. We were only there for the night, catching an early flight the next morning. Located in a mall, lots of shops and eating establishments. The only negative, at 4 a.m., ready to shower, no hot water!

The best thing about this property is where it is located. Very close by you can have the best tacos, tamales, Huaraches,Tortas, atoles quesadillas y pambazos. It is not in the shopping area but it's close, you can walk. BBB
