As we take early flight, we select this hotel because they provide free shuttle bus from hotel to the Kansai airport in the early morning time. Location is prefect. It is connected to the JR Station with clear indication. It is convenient to Shopping lovers as it is closed to Rinku Town outlet and Trial. My room is at 46/F with super nice view.

We did not expect the room is so small. The website mentioned it has approximately 200 sq ft. Actually the room cannot fit 4 pieces of luggage. We put 2 luggage into the room, the door cannot be closed. The other 2 is outside the room. I have no choice to pay additional HK$ 600 to upgrade to a bigger room. If you have 1 piece of luggage, then this hotel is pretty good for shopping at the outlet. Just a few minutes walk. Lawson at the station or the one at the hotel lobby is very convienence. The public hot bath is a bonus. The first time to try the electric hot bath. It cure my knee pain. Wonderful!

Breakfast was an absolute highlight of my stay. The buffet offered a lavish selection of both local and international cuisines. From delectable pastries to traditional Japanese dishes like sushi and miso soup, there was an impressive variety to choose from. The made-to-order omelets were a standout, fluffy and bursting with flavor, while the fresh fruits and high-quality coffee rounded out a perfect meal. Dining in the bright, inviting restaurant with views of the bay made the experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel features a distinctive architectural design, sharing a tower with another luxury hotel. The hotel is connected to Rinku Town Station
(1 stop away from Kansai Airport Station) through
footbridge so it's easy accessible by airport trains.
The only issue is if you're heading back
from downtown to the hotel late at night,
Their trains don't stop by Rinku Town Station
so you have to get off a station earlier and take
a 5-min taxi ride (Roughly 1500 Yen) to access the hotel.
The hotel has a 24 hour convenient store at 2/F
and a 24 hour Hypermarket and a restaurant across
the street which is really convenient for travellers
and those arriving late and needed urgent amenities
or last minute shopping before leaving Japan.
Rinku Town Outlets are also a brief 15-min walk
through the footbridge and Seacle shopping mall
for those who wanted to do some outlet shopping.

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

Due to late landed Osaka, so booked a hotel near Osaka airport, but it needed to take one train stop and 10 min walk from train station.
The hotel is a very old one, room is clean and tidy, front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and can be communicated in English.
The hotel provides breakfast, it is very basic one and not much choice, but OK.

Clean room, quiet environment. However, when the other traveler get to their rooms and pull their shutters, it can be very noisy and disrupt your sleep.
The 'hotel' is located in T1, so if you arrived in T2, you need to take a shuttle bus to get to T1, walking would be impossible with luggage.
Check out time is 10am, so if you arrived very late in the night, you will not be able to sleep in.
This is still a better option than those surrounding hotels within a train ride away for those arriving late and train service has stopped.

PPengguna TetamuDon’t be put off by the outside. The hotel is situated about 3 minutes walk from the station. You can get a train to Namba station in Osaka in 30 minutes and. Train to the airport in 10mins. The rooms are nice and quite large with good size beds. They have good Wi-Fi, kettle, tea and coffee but no safe. Bathroom is compact. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport which can take 30mins but you have to book it. Good value. Recommended

PPhilipy本身是為親子遊最後一晚而訂這間酒店，因為近機場，價錢又算平，酒店又近私鉄站，所以便選擇咗呢間，酒店本身裝修好新，佈置簡單整潔，只係唔包早餐，其實應該叫做唔錯嘅選擇，但今次旅程有一個六歲的小朋友，訂酒店嘅時候只選擇一間雙人床房，到酒店check-in的時候，酒店員工同我講，酒店規矩雙人床只係比兩個人使用小朋友亦都係包括一個，所以要我臨時訂多一間單人房，我都明白酒店有酒店嘅規矩，我只可以話如果有帶小朋友的話，我未必推薦呢間酒店。

PPengguna Tetamu関空から出発する、または、到着する際にはまたここにします！ 部屋も清潔感があり、ロビーには無料のコーヒーなどの飲み物もありました（マシンがあり、紙コップをおいてボタンを押す形式です）。 ホテル周辺も飲食店やモール（少し歩きますが）もあるので、立地も申し分ないです。何より素晴らしいのは関空までの送迎もされているので、早朝出発時は本当に助かりました。 ただ、夫の身長が180cmを超えるのですが、シャワーの天井が低過ぎ、頭がぶつかるレベルだったのでかがみながらシャワーを浴びたそうで、かなり大変だったようです。（苦笑）身長165cmくらいの私でも結構天井が近かったです。 関空周辺の地域をこれまで散策したことがなかったのですが、たこ焼きや居酒屋さんなど美味しそうなお店も結構あったので、次回こちらのホテルに泊まる際には、もっと時間に余裕を持っていろいろ周辺のお店にも行ってみたいですね。

PPengguna TetamuAside from having to walk 10mins away from the station, I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. At first I wasn't sure due to some complaints in the reviews but in the end I really loved staying here! There's a food mall just 2 mins walk away, the staff is very kind and welcoming, the room is cozy and spacious, it was very clean and comfortable and they provided us PJs and clean towels, although the bathroom is slightly small but it didn't bother us at all and loved using the bathtub provided. We stayed here because its just a 20min ride to the airport by subway and i'd definitely stay here again if given the chance!

PPengguna Tetamuものすごい数の宿泊者，そしてたくさんの日帰り客。 こんなに混んでいる温泉宿が，格安大手チェーンホテル以外にあったなんて。 ほぼ満室のようだ。 ここ数年，1.5万円前後の温泉宿ばかり泊まっているが，公共の宿を除けば，繁盛している宿は，少ない。 この宿は，改装も，ていねいにされている。 料理も極上ではないが，どの品も悪くない。 温泉は，ぬるみがあって，保温力もある。 客が多い宿では，深夜に入浴するにかぎる。 客が多いと，心理的に圧迫感があるが，なるべく気にしないにかぎる。 客が多いのは，どんな商取引にせよ，そのときの流行りのせいでないなら，客が値打ちだと感じているからだろう。 値打ちな宿，自分にとって価値ある宿は，口コミだけでは，なかなかわからず，あたりをつけて，泊まってみるしかない。 この宿は，団体客を集客するのが，上手なようだ。 団体客たちは，ご機嫌のようすだ。

JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
