My Family is very happy after came here, my kid is enjoyed alot at play area, swimming pool is closed but still we explore so many things here , restaurant food is awesome and other restaurants Gurgustiyan newly opened and you should atleast visit at one time , you will get pure veg and very clean and hygiene, For Jain food I must suggest this restaurant, rest all can not explain in words, come and do experience from yourself 😜 One of trainee Abhay Chourasia is brilliant and dedicated for his training...

Wonderful stay, service was nice all staff was professional with complete dress even with tie. Room service was quick on just one dial. Reception service duty manager even food provided room cleaning over all it was nice stay in hot city of jabalpur

The front desk staff are hopeless, very unfriendly and rude. They were quite unhelpful with the little things like making change but also unmoved when we asked for a thirty minute late checkout. I could make this review quite long with many more complaints but the real disappointment was the smell of our room. It had clearly been a smoking room at some point and cologne was used to mask the smell. Either that or someone broke a bottle in there. The scent was stifling, I couldn't wait to leave the room. One last thing, I'm not sure how safe the facade of this building would be in a fire. When we opened our windows to the street there is quite involved facade structure that would make escape in a fire impossible. Don't bother staying here, go to Samdareeya or Kalchuri Residency (I would have but it was shaddi.com season.)

The comfort was exceptional, thanks to Vijay and the team. The Samrat team is incredibly supportive and friendly, making my stay very pleasant. This hotel is a must-try for all your business trips. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with family. The staff was polite, well behaved and welcoming. The food I had in their restaurant was really really awesome and top notch. They also provided taxi for local sightseeing (not included in price) which was very convenient and their drivers are professionals. Room was big, spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this place to families
