Marble Waters Hotel & Suites, Trademark by Wyndham

Nice hotel, but starting to decline. Beds were soft and I slept very well. Also very quiet. Would recommend.

We arrived after 7pm front area was locked and had to ring to get in (which is good for security purposes) once getting in room I was very pleased. The room was nice and clean and had a nice size bathroom with Whirlpool tub. The location was quiet and right off the interstate. We were a few miles away from several dining choices. This hotel was amazing and only a few things missing to rate it with the best. The Resturant was not open and there was no options for breakfast.I forgot to mention the room had a refrigerator and microwave with a Kureg . Very nice decor and would stay again if in the area. Family was very happy about the stay .

Picked apart sitting chair, picked apart desk chair, corroded toilet pipes and handle, hair frozen in ice in the freezer, napkin/tissue paper stuffed in air duct, uncovered light fixture, broken lamp, broken shower switch, stairs all over walls, stains in every drawer, brown stains on EVERY WHITE towel, and on top of that ran into two unhappy guests who had to switch rooms due to mold and were told they couldn’t get a refund to go somewhere else and were told “good luck” before we even stepped foot in our own room. On top of a $50 fee pre-taken for incidentals? I don’t know what more can be done to this place that hasn’t been done already. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my points on a weekend here. The first room we were in the ac didn't work properly and some of the electrical wasn't working. Once we were moved to another room it was so late we were just happy that the ac worked and wanted to go to sleep. Each room has a jacuzzi tub but they charge you an additional $35 to use it. When we asked to have ours turned on they said that it wasn't working! We went down to the pool area to use the hot tub and were told that wasn't working either! The pool had way too much chlorine and made our skin after being in it for about minutes. The restaurant is not even in service which was one reason we chose this place! It's just been strike after strike and we are normally very patient people but enough is enough. I want our points back!

I will NEVER stay at this location again. From the outside, this place looked it would be really nice. The lobby even gave the same sense. But once you go to check in, the mood quickly shifts. The front desk clerk (Who barely spoke English and had a very heavy accent) asked me to give her my drivers license and credit card. Now let me say that in itself is not unusual. However, apparently Wyndham has a new process to speed up the check in process. You go through this lengthy online process where you upload your ID and a credit card for (Incidentals). The idea behind the process is to speed up the check in. I went through the process the night before at a LaQuinta, it worked as it was supposed to. All the clerk had to do was give me my room keys. It did not work the same way at Marble Waters. As mentioned the clerk asked me again for my license and credit card, when I asked her why she said that she needed to make an actual charge of $50 for incidentals. Never have I ever been charge for incidentals until I had some incidentals. When i protested she said I would get the money back in 3 business days. So they took the money immediately, but I have to wait to get it back. Today 7/17/2024 is day three, the credit had better show up by tomorrow. That was the check in process...the rooms have old furniture that has been torn up an covered with cheap covers to hide the damage. Carpeting is old and warn. If this hotel comes up on your search for a place, PLEASE, keep looking!

Ew. I wish I would have read reviews before booking and using my free night. The outside looks great. It makes the guest feel like the inside is going to be amazing. NOT THE CASE. Everything inside was old and stained and torn. Inside looks like makeup on a pig. The armchair in room even had a "pet style" furniture cover. I found myself constantly paranoid about bed bugs. A lamp in the room had a blown bulb and didn't turn on, the remote didn't work, and some of the sheets were stained along one side which what appeared to be a faded red/brown spatter. There were 3 places for those built-in hand soap bottles, but only one bottle was present, it wasn't even attached to the wall, and the bottle was empty. It was late when we checked in so I just dealt with it and left the next morning.

Hotel needs updating but clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. We have stayed here a number of times and really love the pool, Staff is very friendly and helpful . There is no restaurant in the hotel but many spots across the highway. This is a convenient location as well.

Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. Booked for my daughter and me for trip to Mayo Clinic. Our flight got in early so we went to hotel to see if they would give us an early check-in. They said since we booked through a third party that we could not check in until 4. We dealt with that. We went back to hotel at 4 to check in, went up to our room and saw that it was FILTHY with evidence of bedbugs - the skirts on both beds were stained with reddish brown spots and they were frayed all around both beds. The windows had mold, there was a nasty stain that looked like blood on the lamp shade. There were stains on the walls, and we could tell that the sheets had not been changed (body/hair oil stains). We took photos (which I have attached) and went down to the desk to ask for a refund. We were told that they could not give us a refund because we booked through a third party. I contacted our third party and they told me to get an approval for a refund from the hotel. I have made SEVERAL calls to the hotel to try to talk to the manager. EVERY time I call, the employee who answers tells me the manager is not available and she doesn’t know when she will be there. Out third party told us the hotel denied our refund, but they would contact the hotel to try again. I have since tried to call the manager, but again have been unable to talk to her. I called Wyndham directly and they told me they can not authorize a refund because each of their hotels are independently owned. They did give us points for a free stay, but upon researching several of their hotels for another trip we found that many of them had similar reviews regarding lack of cleanliness. My advice? Stay away from this and all other Wyndham hotels!!

Came here because my husband was playing in a golf tournament at Oak Marsh. We have Wyndham points and the pictures looked great. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that were cleaner and nicer than this. We are in no way “bougie” people but they are some situations where even a “free room” booked with points isn’t worth it. We attempted to get our points and $50 deposit back less than 20 min after we checked in. I stood there waiting for a manager to come out longer than I stayed in the room. Manager couldn’t be bothered so the nice (and I genuinely mean nice lady as none of this is her fault) had to “take a note” for her manager. I understand the generic response will be that they were just taken over by Wyndham and are in the early stages of renovation, it should be closed down until those renovations are complete if they are ever complete. Oh and there’s no sign of any renovations actually going on.
