Its a new building so everything is sparkling clean. Check in is quick and easy. They have problems with their system at first because it gave the receptionist a not made room. He gave us another room. Its spacious, new beddings, has a fridge, tv and a microwave. No hairdryer, but i dont mind it. I highly recommend this place. I love that the he printed a sketch to where your room is located and parking is just in front the room door. It's pretty secure, i dont see any ***** hanging outside the property. There's a lot of cctv on the premises, i saw it in front of reception and i think i saw a security guard (I'm not sure but that person looks like it, I maybe wrong because I didnt ask) No loud music that i heared. With the price, you cant beat the value. The only feedback i could give to management is to change the bed frames, its not solid. It moves and creates noise. No breakfast but has a coffee maker in the receiving area. You need to pay for Kcup vending machine.

El hotel estaba bello la atención espectacular al igual q la limpieza no había un detalle la vista de la piscina era hermosa y acogedora se respiraba paz y tranquilidad en el restaurante la comida estaba esquista y el desayuno en el bufé era bastante amplio aunque el precio estaba un poco alto pero me encantó porque todo Asia un completo todo estaba cubierto al detalle y estaba ubicado en el dentro y la estación de trenes quedaba a 4 min por lo q cumplió mis espertativas

This is an example of “what I ordered” vs “what I got.” As a frequent customer of Hilton it is rare that the photos are drastically different from the hotel accommodations. This was an exception. This hotel was not well maintained. All of the flooring, the lobby, elevator, corridors, etc needed cleaning. The carpeting in the room was both worn and not clean. Trash was left on every floor, including the guest room. I would not recommend staying here until a refresh or remodel is confirmed.

Everything was good just had no hot water, did not address it while I was there because I was in and out of doctor’s appointments all day and was too tired to worry about it. Staff was extremely friendly especially the night time front attendant.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered and I have had some bad experiences…. I’ll try to make the long story short but let’s start off with Carrie… her attitude, professionalism, did not coincide with someone who made sure I knew that she had been in the hotel business for “20 years” and at this property for “14 years”… my card was compromised on 5.12.2022, on Friday 5.13 of all days I call the hotel around 2:30 in the afternoon to indicate that I would be arriving late… and the worst attitude proceeded… the card on file needs to be updated or this reservation will be canceled… I call my cousin being the fact I have no card at this time because it was compromised to ask for his card information… when I called back I was advised the reservation had been canceled when I was already advised it’s okay to call my cousin to get the details updated and this was all done within 30 minutes… I call Marriott reservation who was able to book the hotel keeping the original rate terms… called back hotel to let them know inwilk be arriving late as my cousins flight will be inn be late and was advised I was banned from the property for no other reason than for Carrie to essentially have the last laugh and last Say… furthermore, that is not the expectation originally communicated… the original communication was that I would need to book again which i did… this was not the most joyous occasion if you know what I mean… and I ended up being in route to Jacksonville with no place to stay that night at a rate that would have worked for both my cousin and I. I can only assume that if and when the business responds it will be from none other than Carrie the general manager who I’ll warn you in advance will try to make every negative review sound like the customer is in the wrong and she is in the right… she also advised her front desk manager Morgan that I was using profanity and had poor etiquette and that is defamation of character… no one was belittled, insulted or anything she was just having a bad day she chose to take it out on me after I did exactly what was asked and updated my reservation… I hope others have a more positive experience but Carrie needs to take a look at the woman in the mirror and improve on her hospitality ASAP

If you’re looking for someplace that is slightly below the standards of a Motel 6, I believe this hotel is right for you. I’ve been an HHonors member for 23 yrs and loyal enough that I’ve been Diamond for several years now, so I am very familiar with Hilton standards. Over the past year I’ve shifted to Marriott because of a string of issues, from bad properties to corporate doing away with Executive Lounges and other perks. This Hampton Inn is a great example of how bad things can get when Hilton stops inspecting properties or caring about reputation. The room should’ve been remodeled at least five years ago. The window was so dirty inside and out that I couldn’t see through it. The bedding was terrible and the mattress was garbage. Biggest waste of points ever. When I went to breakfast each morning the staff were busy texting and super unfriendly, even when offered a Russian greeting. The last day of my stay the two women running the breakfast were both on their phones, leaning against the breakfast bar right in front of the food. I waited and one of them finally moved. I grabbed breakfast (avoid the sausage and eggs at all cost), but became frustrated when I couldn’t get the other woman to move from in front of the condiments and seasoning. I tried English, Russian and even Spanish (I’d heard them speaking Russian the day prior) but it was like talking to a rock. I was interrupting their social time and they weren’t allowing it. I tried to tell the manager about it and he seemed outright hostile that I’d even mention it. The truly sad part is this franchise is run by a company that has a Residence Inn next door. That property is excellent- 5/5 stars with a great staff and manager. Perhaps Marriott just pays more…whatever the case- I believe you should avoid this place at all cost.

This place is amazing for a few reasons: 1) location is spectacular with several restaurants within walking distance; 2) rooms are comfortable and immaculate; but most of all, the hotel personnel are incredible. We walked in exhausted from driving 20hrs and Andy Preslar said ”I'll take care of you” and he did including getting us settled in record time and enlisting Steffan to help us park our U-Haul trailer and our truck in a great spot. Then the next morning, someone had taken the hairdryer out of our room and at 4:30AM, Beverly knocked on our door with a hairdryer in hand and a beautiful smile on her face! Kudos to upper management for recognizing the value of great employees and taking the time to hire the best!

Staff helpfully and polite. Room was very clean and it is in a quiet location leaving you feeling comfortable and private. I say yes as far as choosing this establishment for a few months that even. Close to beach, gas stations, and groceries and has a hot tub and small gym with a few cardio machines, yoga mats, and some free wieghts along with a small 5'pool and a hot tub. Went in August and not a lot of people so....
