Hotel 2 Bintang di Jacksonville

This is a nice property, very clean and larger than many of the Hampton Inns we stay at. The dining room is large and there is a small patio area right outside that I loved. The workout room is a separate little house also right outside the dining area. I have to say, though, the best part of this stay was the staff. Multiple employees went out of their way to make us feel at home. My husband and I agree, we will definitely go back to this hotel.

Hotel Need update, good size rooms , but old. Good breakfast, service is okay.

Melissa the housekeeper makes that place. We see her everyday running m, helping, always has a smile. She should be in the office but since she's been there we can see q big difference in how clean it is. Brandy will accommodate anyone that she can and always tries to avoid conflict. She should be manager. Chris and Keith come anyntime of day or night and cone quickly when. They are needed. One housekeeper was yelling about having nonfood but other than that itnwasngreat.

I stayed at the red roof I seen that they upgraded the rooms only downside is that the pools were dirty and not working. Glad we were in the area of shopping that helped preoccupy our time. We would definitely come back to the property again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. We were coming from an overseas duty station and needed a place to crash until we closed on our house. We transferred here from the hotel we originally booked because it was just not very clean or very safe, will not mention the name, I'll just say we did not extend our stay there. This hotel was clean, the staff was awesome, very understanding of our situation and very proactive with making sure our needs were met. The beds were comfortable, everything worked, kitchenette was a big plus. And pet friendly! We had our husky with us. Side note, there was a charge that appeared in our account a few days later which we found out later from our bank was the hold. But we called the hotel about it and the lady, Simona, was a bit rude and could not give an answer. But other than that, highly recommend this hotel!!!

Hotel location is very convenient to where I am visiting and the room is nice and clean. The breakfast is also good too.
