Hotel location is good 👍 but amenities is not well

옥상식당이 인기가 많았어요. 피자가 맛있었어요. 기차역하고 가까워서 뚜벅이라면 걸어갈 수 있는거리에요.

방 설명란에는 에어컨이 있다하여 예약했는데 호텔에 도착하니 에어컨이 없는 방이라고 해서 에어컨 있는 방으로 바꿔줄 것을 요구하니 바꿔주었습니다. 방에 샴푸가 구비돼 있지 않아서 카운터에 물어보니 바로 사다줬습니다. 루프탑의 음식이 특히 맛있었고 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 편하게 묵다 갑니다!

Nice hotel with amazing rooftop and good service . The staff was attentively and took care of us. The rooftop is really nice and the music they play is very good as well. I really liked the value as it was frankly very good for the low price that we paid

We had dinner at hotel Kalyan. Food was very good. Staff very helpful and listening to our needs especially Mr Kamal gurjar. Menu is hudge. There is a rooftop and some traditional music everyday. We are really happy. Would recommend to anyone

Comfortable hotel at very good price plus very good restaurants serving both Veg and Non Veg Foods.Staffs are very professional and give best efforts for clients service.Children enjoy a lot their rooftop restaurant.I enjoyed their laundry service and service is good

Unfortunately the worse experience I had in Jaipur which almost spoiled our stay for celebrating my mother’s birthday. The service is highly unprofessional, the rooms are very basic for the high price they ask and you won’t be sure to find hot water during the day and at night. We had to pay in advance through Booking and thought it would have been a warranty of excellence. Yet, when we reached and paid at the counter (70€/ night!!!!) the nightmare has started. They had first appointed us to a double room on the side of the building through an old stair that looked like a driver room or staff room. We asked to change as it did not reflect the paid amount. We saw ***y rooms and all of them looked the same : dull and not very clean, no bed sheets but only those kitschy blankets that god knows when they got cleaned at last. Eventually after hours of roaming around, we ended it what they call a “suite” or what would be a perfectly normal room in any other hotel around : Ratangarh Palace, former Sunder Palace etc (which by the way have lower prices for a much better service). They tried then to make us pay for a breakfast that was declared “complimentary” . We decided it was enough of discomfort for a family trip . We asked for refund and had to wait for it for hours and eventually they have co****sated a part of the second night we were supposed to spend in this horrible hotel. The Sura restaurant, although expensive, was the only nice touch of this place. Absolutely not recommended.

Good roof restaurant and staff are friendly, transport facility provides by hotel. Cab driver guided tour and taken care for pick-up and drop points. Booking is done through online and accept all payment options
