Stay in hotel was so so about experience at all levels ***** with Nature. Best hospitality. We enjoyed every minute from check in to high tea with folk music to dinner and morning breakfast with singer. Kids enjoyed the ebike on the property like Nature walk. Pool at right place to enjoy greenery.

We are frequent travellers and stayed in ***y hotels around the globe. Devi Ratn was One of the best hotels we stayed at from its location, view, room, food and staff perspective. Special mention to Sudham who had gone above and beyond to make our stay best ever. And the rates are extremely reasonable and value for money. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Jaipur

Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The complimentary mock tails was made to perfection. The only downside the buffet was much more expensive than other places where we stayed in India, but there was a beautiful selection of Buffet. We highly recommend this place

Could not fault the hotel While the suite was extremely expensive (the 2 night stay was AUD $3,000), it was absolutely amazing with its own private pool. The fitness centre and infinity pool were also great. The restaurant was superb and the evening entertainment with canapes was amazing.

I have been to a lot of properties but Devi Ratn has become my personal favourite. The hospitality and comfort provided by the entire staff is commendable. Moreover, the property is beautiful, clean and one of the best I’ve been to so far. Also, special thanks to Sahil Sharma from Vyom at Devi Ratn and Farhan Zaid from the front desk, for making our stay more memorable and better than it already was. Your sweet gestures not only made our day, but they will always be with us and they will also be something to remember this stay and beautiful property by. Thank you so much. We can’t wait to visit again. 🤍🤍

This hotel lives up to its name and reputation, especially in the domains of service and cuisine. We stayed in several cities in India on this trip; this resort had simply the best food—breakfast, midday, and evening! We highly recommend dinner at the Oriental Pavilion restaurant in the main hotel if you like spicy Asian cuisine! The rooms are large and very well appointed, and the swimming pool and surround are breathtakingly beautiful. The gym is well equipped as pictured with two treadmills, two kind of old ellipticals, and an exercise bike, in addition to the machines and free weights. A note: The rooms are *not* soundproof, and weddings are hosted here. If there is a wedding going on, you will hear it through the night and into the early morning.

The hotel is excellent, we had booked two luxury rooms, its location is far away from the hustles of city which is an added advantage as we can enjoy the hill view from the hotel, the check-in was smooth. It's a huge property we went with our pet also and what I liked was they even have a pet activity area where my pet could enjoy running, playing. The staff of the hotel is very nice but I would like to mention that one person at the breakfast Buffet was Naresh, we asked him to bring two coffee and one half boiled egg which was not such a big deal, he came and said I will bring the coffee in just a while and the half boiled egg will take 10 minutes, we agreed. But he never turned up. Then as we saw him we asked for the egg and coffee, he said I am bringing but later again he was not seen. Later we asked someone else for the coffee and were just served within 5 minutes, on again seeing Naresh we said we are about to leave just bring the egg, he was again as if he was not hearing. This should not be the attitude of any of the staff, he is just spoiling the excellent hospitality which everyone else is providing. Bringing one half boiled egg was not such a big deal. Otherwise, the stay was excellent, all the staff is excellent, the buffet spread is awesome. I would definitely like to visit again.

I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel where ***agement had created such guest adverse procedures. This hotel is located some distance from town, and it is a large sprawling complex. It is difficult to find your way around. But there is no map of the property at all. I asked five staff members about this so I am confident that there is simply no map - why not? What kind of resort does not provide a map for its guests when it is sprawling And Large? I can’t be the only person who’s had this problem, especially since the resort is poorly signposted. Room service was another example. There is no Printed menu in the room which allows you to see a room Service menu. Because the property is so large, sometimes you just don’t feel like walking to the restaurant. But the only way you can access information is supposedly through the room television. How the Internet reception is so poor, that you simply can’t access the menu through the in room system. This then flows through to the fact that you are then expected to be able to see the menu on your mobile phone, but no one has looked at the menu on the mobile phone to see that it is almost impossible to read the menu which is ***y pages long, and yet is not structured so that you can see it conveniently on a mobile phone. Finally because the Internet connection is so poor (at most stages I was lucky if I could get one bar) it is generally impossible to see the menu on your phone at all. Parts of my room were very dirty (the area around the daybed was Disturbingly dirty) whereas other parts of my room were immaculately clean. This suggest that whoever is supervising and teaching room staff is instructing them about which parts of the room to clean, but no one is cleaning anything else. Why is it impossible to get any change for reception? It is critical in India to have small notes because you need to hand out tips to people and often services are very inexpensive so why at no time was I ever able to get any change at all from the front desk? isn’t this a basic thing to keep on hand for tourists? Again, decisions have been made by ***agement not to have change to provide To guests. Because the resort is quite a distance from town, there is no or else to get Change. If you have been to India, you will know what a problem this is. Despite This being an upmarket resort, there was rubbish visible directly outside my windows. However, the food was magnificent, and everyday people working in the resort are trying their very hardest to work around the ridiculous decisions which are clearly being made by ***agement. For example, when I was unable to access any in room information about the menu for room service, the person in charge of food and beverage actually came all the way to my room to help me to organise dinner, which was much appreciated, and definitely going above and beyond Whoever owns this hotel should look very hard at the ***agement because they are making the decisions which this

A real 5 starts hotel in India, amazing customer service, the food really good, incredible facilities, safe, beautiful, calm, a lot of funny activities. I give them a 10. I loved to do my morning yoga in front of the peaceful infinity swimming pool, with views of the montains and nature sounds.
