Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

This is a lovely hotel, with a very pretty veran***, front lawn and fresco paintings. It's laid back and has nice, good value food, including both Indian and European choices. There's a shop on site for souvenirs and ayurveda massage. The city centre and the train station aren't far, but the location is quite quiet given this.

Went hear for a 3 night stay in Jaipur and it was awesome! We were in room 403, Jaysingar III (rough spelling 😅) which was very beautiful. It was a corner room so we had a balcony with a nice view, beautiful decor and wooden peacock adorned living room. The food service is the same menu as the Peacock restaurant which is also beautiful and a quick 5 minute walk or tuk tuk ride (provided free by hotel). You can order food to your room or to the lovely dining room on the second floor. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. This location is very convenient! It is walking distance to the metro, multiple restaurants with live music, and a 24 hour ATM. The neighborhood is also really safe to walk through at night.

Unfortunately the worse experience I had in Jaipur which almost spoiled our stay for celebrating my mother’s birthday. The service is highly unprofessional, the rooms are very basic for the high price they ask and you won’t be sure to find hot water during the day and at night. We had to pay in advance through Booking and thought it would have been a warranty of excellence. Yet, when we reached and paid at the counter (70€/ night!!!!) the nightmare has started. They had first appointed us to a double room on the side of the building through an old stair that looked like a driver room or staff room. We asked to change as it did not reflect the paid amount. We saw ***y rooms and all of them looked the same : dull and not very clean, no bed sheets but only those kitschy blankets that god knows when they got cleaned at last. Eventually after hours of roaming around, we ended it what they call a “suite” or what would be a perfectly normal room in any other hotel around : Ratangarh Palace, former Sunder Palace etc (which by the way have lower prices for a much better service). They tried then to make us pay for a breakfast that was declared “complimentary” . We decided it was enough of discomfort for a family trip . We asked for refund and had to wait for it for hours and eventually they have co****sated a part of the second night we were supposed to spend in this horrible hotel. The Sura restaurant, although expensive, was the only nice touch of this place. Absolutely not recommended.

From the moment you get in they cater to your needs. Water and comfy chairs. They then get you your rooms which are beautifully set out and clean. The rooftop resturant is delicious and if you are feeling homesick they offer different options for food! Incredibly courteous staff who you can tell enjoy their work. Their ***ager Amin treats them like family and it shows. In partnership with Krishna Tuk Tuk Driver they cater to what sights you wish to see in the city. If you prefer shopping they take you to wonderful places. If you prefer history they take you to all the spots. Religious learning they also take you to all the temples as well. If this is going to be your first time in India I highly reccomend starting in Jaipur and staying at this wonderful Hotel and using Krishna's driving service they are excellent hosts.
