Hotel Heritage Inn

We visted the property during Dec 28 to 31. Loved the property, the lawns, breakfast spread, dinner buffets, the rooms, everything was very nice.A special mention to the person who took our reservations, Ms Sailaja , she showered excellent hospitality. We had originally planned the property just for day, but seeing the property and amenities , we decided to extend our stay and Ms Sailaja helped us extend our stay at auch short notice. Heartfelt thanks to her. Another highlight in the property was the spa,My wife and Myself had got spa done, it was excellent. Evening dinners were held in lawn in the backdrop of rajashtani folklore, it was very enchanting. A day before new year the hotel had called a DJ. DJ Siddhesh i guess his name, His choice of songs was excellent, i saw foreigners grooving to his music on the dinner table. Didnt get a chance to thank the DJ personally for playing such awesome songs. All in all it was an excellent experience. The only drawback i saw was, all the 3 days, the breakfast spread was the same. though the spread was quite extensive, it was the same all the 3 days. I Stribgly recommend thsi property to other travellers too,

Hotel Heritage is good, shopper paradise owner is very courteous Food quality is good, ambience and location is perfect, staff is very cooperative, good location had a good stay, good for family. Will board next time

Ideal location, neat, clean and good sceneries besides the hotel. Staff were good and food was very good. Room service was excellent. Cosy place and ambiance was very good. Ample space for children to roam about.

Aesthetic ambience and great service. The food as well as the facilities are good. The in-house shopping saved a lot of time. The shop- Shopper's Paradise has great quality stuff and the owner Mr. Jaspreet is very polite and friendly.

Hotel is impressive to look at. So are the accommodations. Included breakfast was excellent. The restaurant also serves normal meals. On site shopping store gives you decent prices and all the specialities of the areas without running around town. Very hospitable staff. We enjoyed our two night stay. We were there to see the marvels of Jaisalmer.

We stayed at the Heritage Inn last week as two families travelling from Ludhiana, Punjab. We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in: Pleasantly surprised to find attentive staff at 1:30 am in the night when we reached the hotel. They welcomed us at this late hour and made sure that we were fully settled in our rooms. We realized that had we arrived during regular hours we would have had a warm and memorable welcome with the beat of drums, floral garlands, and rose petal confetti. Musical Perfor***ce: The first night, the hotel had arranged a cultural show at dinner time. We felt the event was filled with energy and the performers put on quite a show! There was a nice touch of authenticity to the live music. At the end of the show, hotel guests were welcomed to dance to the traditional music if they wished. Dinner buffet was served on the hotel lawn, next to the perfor***ce, but if you prefer, you could have dinner ordered a-la-carte and served to your table. FOOD: Heritage Inn has an excellent Chef. If you order from the a-la-carte menu, it will be served to the table. All of the dishes we ordered were really really good. Chicken tikka, Lal-maas (red lamb curry), Daal (lentil), Okra (Lady’s fingers)...everything was outstanding. Talk to the staff, get to know them a bit, and they will really take care of you. CAMEL Safari: The Camel ride was one of the highlights of the trip. This event is about half an hour away from where the hotel is. Again, we used the transportation that was arranged by the hotel. Since we were very concerned about eating food from elsewhere, we had the hotel pack food for us which we could take on our camel ride. SAFETY: Most importantly, Heritage Inn is a safe and quiet property, and this was important to us. Overall, the staff was very accommodating and service was excellent.

The property is really nice and pocket friendly. We had a pleasant stay there. The shop outside the hotel- shoppers paradise has a wonderful Sardar Ji who is so polite and helpful. Jaspreet Singh helped us alot for any local genuine information and he has awesome stuff at his shop. Loved the experience.

Really an awesome experience at the property, very polite and courteous staff always ready to help. Very neat and clean rooms and overall a fantastic property. I will give 10 out of 10... Overall best of best

The hotel service is ok. Scope for huge improvement commensurate to the price they charge. Water supply stopped suddenly in the evening and started pouring dirty water as expected. However, the housekeeping staff was diligent to resolve the issue quickly once reported. Breakfast also has scope for improvement in quality commensurate to the room rent. Worst thing about this hotel is forceful marketing by relatives of the owners who run a souvenir shop in the premises. We have seen souvenir shops in ***y hotels but never saw such an. unprofessional way of marketing. It's easy to lose important half an hour to an hour if you enter the shop by falling pray to their forceful invites.
