Incredible and fantastic stay for 7 days with family and a gorgeous backdrop for a wedding. Cannot say enough great things about the entire staff, from the chefs to the greeters, to all of the entire team for the whole stay- with our two kids running around- it was a lot and they made sure our every need was met! Will come again!

One of the best places to stay in Jaisalmer. Highly recommended. Sajid helped us settle in and made our trip memorable. Food was excellent. Rooms were so clean. Service was excellent. Great to see staff maintaining Covid-19 protocols. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Whether it’s the cuisine, facilities, activities, and entertainment, this place offers excellent value for money. It doesn't matter how ***y times I come here, I can't get enough of them.

Stayed recently at this most beautiful hotel and enjoyed our stay. It was short but truly memorable. The hotel is situated a little away from the city but worth staying. I was surprised to see the building and the maintenance of this hotel. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The food is very good and thanks to the chef, who took good care of us. They gave us good night sweets which were made in-house and my kids loved them. If you want to be away from your daily routine, this is the place to stay.

We stayed in this hotel on December 31, 2023, and our decision made us feel that we made the right decision to choose this hotel for this memorable day, at the time of Check Ms. Lovepreet was very kind and helped us to narrate the entire event summary and also informed us about the hotel activities and party details. The rooms are super luxurious and very spacious and we liked the interiors very much. We ordered room service and it was quick and the food was super great. We were glad to see such a lovely and one of the best New Year parties with one of the elaborate buffets, sit-down snack services, music, firecrackers and unlimited best liquor. We will soon visit this place and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Thank you team for such an astonishing experience.

I made the reservation through the hotel website and the experience has been excellent since my booking. The handling of my reservation until the checkout is far from my expectations. I requested for the car pick up and same was arranged and well on time picked up me from the airport. Beautiful lobby and one of the most positive and courteous staff I ever met in the hotel. They were prompt and very responsible. I was thrilled to see my room and it was so good and spacious. Food, services and restaurants were also some of the highlights of my stay. Despite such a big property, it is so maintained neat and clean. Every corner of the hotel was clean and the fragrance they used in the rooms was so good. I liked the surprise as my kid was so happy to receive the good night sweets from the hotel compliments and it was so tasty. I would like to thank you the entire staff and the ***agement of the hotel for making our stay so memorable and best. Must visit and recommend the place to stay. Truly a royal and luxurious experience.

Pros: 1. Nice hotel with heritage look. 2. Big rooms 3. Gr8 views Cons 1. Super irresponsible travel desk. Always late. 2 incidences A. Called cab in evening to go for excursions, it was delayed by 1.5 hrs so had to cancel excursion and directly go for dinner. B. Booked cab to travel to jodhpur , so informed them a day before of the time then again cab was delayed by 1.5 hrs and my entire family was waiting in the winter chill (my son got fever also in evening) . Then when the cab came it was of not fit to sit full family despite us telling then a day before on how ***y seats we need. 2. Hotel is far away from city

The hotel looks lovely from outside and seems to have been well made. But its not at all maintained well. We stayed here in the month of Nov 23. And guess what, our room towels had blood stains on it. So, we asked them to change the towels. They changed the towels but this time around with lipstick stains. Just pathetic. Then one whole night, then where was hardcore electric/civil work happening just above our room. All this happening in the middle of the night. Food was just very ok. Just a very ordinary hotel with extra ordinary charges. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. There are way better hotels in Jaisalmer. This hotel raves about its location and it is indeed far away from the chaos of the city. But you would rather stay in the chaos of the city than in this hotel. And ya the last to mention about this hotels is its backyard. How dirty and filthy. Food was lying everywhere on the ground.
