This hotel is great. The rooms [I cannot recall the category we booked] were massive with wonderful warm showers. The service from the staff is outstanding. The owner is on site and is a good ***. They also have a lovely beagle called Simba; he’s very gentle. The buffet breakfast is fresh and more than enough. We found the lunch and dinner at the roof top restaurant really good. The food was tasty and best of all, they catered to my daughter’s gf needs without any problem. All waiting and kitchen staff understand the gf diet and food is prepared safely. Their whole operation is very impressive. The view of the fort is magnificent from the roof top. The location of the hotel to the fort gate is very close. You can walk in about 2-5 minutes [5 minutes if you’re slow]. I cannot say anything negative about our stay. The furnishings in this hotel are so warm and showcase rajasthan’s furniture style.

Hello , Friends , This is a (the Renuka Hotel) Nice hotel As Like bed and breakfast like a second home.I have Stayed there two Times once recently.Neat and clean room, Bathroom (the hot water available only morning After 8 Am., But the owner is a nice person On my Request Has provided Hot water Early morning.they have a rooftop Terrace Restaurant too,From where you can see the beautiful view of Fort.Nice services, Very Reasonable Tariff. nice and comfortable stay ,On request they organise The desert Camp with Live food And Night stat in desert. The room is good. Neat, spacious. They bumped us to a suite without extra cost. But mostly to appease us for an hour long wait to check in. The view of the fort and the city from the restaurant is good. We ordered Chinese, which was good too. Breakfast was so so, not worth the price. For a hotel that charges around INR 6000 for a room, they don't know or care the first things about hospitality. They don't offer room service. The guests are expected to have their meals at the restaurant, which would be fine if the tables were cleaned of the remnants of the last few meals that were had on it. For breakfast, you will be able to reminisce what you had for dinner last night from the food spills still on it unattended. The hotel reception is hardly manned. If you are lucky to get through to them on the intercom, you can expect more 'I don't know-s' than you have ever heard from a hotel reception. 'Do you have an ironbox?' ”I don't know.' ”Has the restaurant started serving breakfast?” ”I don't know.” Also, even when they answer, you can expect wrong answers with no sorrys or thank yous. During our week long trip through various cities of Rajasthan, sorry to say this is the worst level of hospitality that we encountered. The check out is at 10 30am, with the 2pm checkin (1pm originally, but delayed by an hour) and 10 30am checkout, it was hardly a day's stay for a INR 6000. We were hoping to extend check out time by an hour but by the end, we couldn't wait to exit the place. Will never recommend this place to anybody.

Stay was awesome.faculty of hotel feel good environment.ishan is a good cooperating manager of the hotel . We enjoyed this hotel very much . Must visit. We will come back again if we got the chance to visit jaisalmer again. Our favourite palace in the Rajasthan. Best hotel in Rajasthan.

We loved staying at The Helsinki House (there's a fascinating story about the name). While a recent construction, a lot of attention has been paid to create the atmosphere of a traditional haveli. The rooms were large, and very clean. So was the bathroom. We ate breakfast and lunch at the rooftop restaurant and the food was good. The owner's brother runs the place and is very friendly and helpful. They also have a desert camp where we stayed for a night. They are very open to suggestions and overall we really enjoyed our stay both in Helsinki House and the desert camp.
