Firstly you need to find the “express” lift which is near happy mart on GF1. I only found it on the last day and had been using the factory lift which was very slow. Room was fantastic for the price. Clean room with comfy big bed soft pillows and strong hot shower. Great location if you are visiting Chinatown, which had plenty of food. Will definitely stay here again.

I was so impressed by the hospitality, the size of the room, and the overall service of Holiday Inn Gajah Mada. The breakfast selection was diverse and super yummy. The staff was also incredibly attentive in changing your plates and ensuring you had a clean slate when you go for another round of selecting your meals. My only issue is although they had a huge flat screen tv, they didn’t provide an HDMI cord for me to truly enjoy it. The tv wasn’t a smart tv either. I took it upon myself to just buy one in the nearby mall, and everything went smoothly after. The standard king was huge, and since I had a corner suite, I had a wonderful view of the sunrise. Their pool was also nice, it’s more family-friendly but I found it charming despite being a solo traveler. I wish I extended my stay!

Love the staff. They have a good customer service’s ethic. The food for breakfast is ⭐️ with variety of menu and its changed daily. The room is cozy but the sink in my room. However it was fixed on the spot by the maintenance officer. Late check out is possible with some charges.

The hotel is cleanl, the room is small and suitable for 2 people. The breakfast is delicious. The restaurant on the 8th floor has a view of the surroundings and the food is delicious. The location is in a narrow street, but there are always taxis and tuk-tuks passing by. The receptioni is friendly. The staff who manage cars in front of the hotel is very good. They help to call taxi and ask the taxi price.

This place is incredibly convenient, with a quiet atmosphere and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. It’s close to Kuta Train Station and Chinatown (about a 30-minute ride, depending on traffic), and just 40 minutes from the airport. The restaurant serves absolutely delicious food, adding to the great experience.

The people at the front desk as well as the bellhops are all super friendly and super helpful. The location is near Chinatown and the hotel is located off the main road, less noise. They provided a conveyer for me which I used for 5 days. That was super helpful as well.

The hotel boasts a strategic and excellent location, but the room itself was quite small, and the shower area in the bathroom was even tinier. It came with an in-room safe but no refrigerator. A water dispenser was available in the hallway for self-service refills. My room on the 5th floor was surprisingly quiet during the day, possibly due to the market downstairs, but late at night, a persistent low-frequency hum from machinery started, preventing me from sleeping a wink. I reported this to the front desk, and the staff acknowledged the problem but were unable to resolve it.

The room is very good, the hotel manager can bring you an internal tour of the hotel, a great variety of old objects, it is worth staying here for one night on weekends, two breakfasts, afternoon tea for two people and half an hour free massage for two people, although the price is not necessarily cheap, But it's worth it.

Room was disappointing. Both the safe and kettle in the room had to be changed out. The hair dryer in the toilet did not work too and I did not bother by then as I was getting frustrated. Air conditioning in the room was barely cool and the thermostat did nothing for temperature control. Hygiene was poor, the carpet felt very dirty and the silicon seals in the washroom were all covered in mould. Even the tap at the basin was obviously a badly thought replacement as it does not reach far enough into the basin. Unless you turn on the tap for larger flows, smaller flows will just trickle out of the basin at the edge.

Only the breakfast is really not good at all, always the same food, no noodles, always fried rice and white rice. The disk is very bad,, you can't eat it at all, as a hotel chain,they should now hoe to cook it nice? But it is not? The bed is nice to sleep. Breakfast is terrible.,
