My wife and I started our weekend business trip/visit with family for Easter on Friday, April 15,2022 by entering our room (230) to find a stink bug climbing the wall. We didn’t notice any others and brushed it off as we know they can be anywhere. Being woken up in the middle of the night yelling because one was in our bed on her leg was not fun and rather concerning. She was ready to pack up and leave. This morning as we were preparing to check out we found another on our comforter. (Picture attached) Almost more concerning was the response we received from the front desk employee whose response when we voiced our concern was,”yeah that’s kinda what happens here, they’re native to the area and come in the vents”. No apology, no sympathetic reaction. Unfortunately in a business where customer service is so important, I am very disappointed in this stay and response from the staff. This event is something I will certainly take into account when traveling in the future. If there is no concern on the part of the Hampton Inn and Hilton Group about “native bugs” I suggest adding a disclaimer that you may be sharing your room with stink bugs right on your website.

If you like the smell of pot, this is the place for you. Pot smoke was coming in through the vent in the bathroom even when I turned the vent on. Had to sleep with bathroom, light and vent on with the door closed during our whole stay. We tried another room, but that whole room stunk. You could barely step outside without breathing in the stink. Staff was in denial of this. The only ones who cared for the cleaning girls.

The hotel was smaller for a Hilton but great. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. We bought a package with breakfast and the breakfast was a menu with options cooked to order. The pool was small and crowded with kids the day I went but that happen and isn't the hotels fault. There is a shopping center and restaurants in walking distance which it great when traveling. My basic room had a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Our room was quiet an clean with a great air conditioner.

We are the closest hotel to the Randy Smith Rec Center for sports tournaments, Peacemaker National Training Center (PNTC), and a short, scenic drive to Summit Point Motorsports Park! Just down the street are dozens of manufacturing and distribution centers including: P&G, Clorox, Knauf, Orgill and Amazon, plus the 167th Air National Guard, US Coast Guard (OSC)(NMC) and Veteran's Administration Medical Center.
Pets are welcome! Just let us know your four-legged pal will be joining us. Non-refundable pet fee $50.00 per stay 1-4 nights. $100 fee per stay for 5 or more nights. No more than two pets per room.

We have been staying at Hilton brand hotels for the past 20 years but this was our first time at a Home 2 Suites hotel. This hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a very spacious room. Really appreciated the walk-in shower rather than the standard tub/shower combo. Didn't use the indoor pool but walked into the pool area and the pool itself and surrounding area were extremely clean. The hot breakfast was the best that we've had at a Hilton brand hotel in the past two years. Recently we've stayed at several Homewood Suites and Hampton Inns and noticed that the quality and selections of breakfast foods has really declined. At our past 3 stays the breakfast food was basically lousy. No complaints at all regarding the breakfast at this location. Delicious! Every employee that we had any contact with was very helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. Very happy with every aspect of our stay at this hotel. And there are restaurants within walking distance...very convenient after a long drive when you want to grab a meal after check-in.
