① 체크인 객실 정보 확인 ② 프런트 방문없는 비대면 모바일 체크아웃 ※ 객실이 자동 노출되지 않은 경우 스마트객실 ＞ 객실추가 메뉴에서 예약번호 (1841)를 입력해 주세요. 요즘은 체크인도 이렇게하나~ 생각했다. 산책 후 돌아와 오전에 맡긴 가방을 찾아 방으로 향했다. 가방은 내게 내주던 직원은 내가 짊을 찾은 이유가 체크 아웃이 아닌 체크인 이라는 것을 알고있었다, 금액도 물었고 체크아웃할때 내면 되는거라 설명을하며 줬으니까.. 아무의심없이 방으로 갔다 방앞에와서 생각이 났다~ 직원은 내게 아무런 설명도, 카드도 주기 않았다는 것을~ 내 방은 가장윗층, 엄청 긴복도에 엘베는 하나~ 방은 가장끝! 복잡하게 방을 찾았는데 다시 카운터로 내려 가자니 덥고 지친데다 짜증이 몰려왔다 카운터에 왔을때 직원의 반응은 너무 불성실,불친절했다. 본인들이 손님을 세심하게 챙기지 못한데서 온 불찰임에도 손님인 너가 제대로 기억을 못했고, 이용하는 절차를 몰라 생긴 불찰이면서 우리한테 뭘 해달라고 요구하는거냐~ 이런 말투였다. 무엇이든, 그 어떤 곳이든 매일 해오는 직원과 이용객은 다르다. 모르는 사람, 서툰 사람, 느린사람, 빠른사람, 이용에 익숙한사람, 처음인사람~ 이런 모두를 상대하는게 서비스업이고, 호텔직원 아닌가?!! ”그래서 뭘 어떻게 해주길 바라는데요?” 따지듯, 고객에게 질타하듯, 실수의 책임을 묻듯... 하는게 아니라, 고객의 편의를 위해 먼저 세심하게 배려하고 안내했어야하는데 그렇게 못한것에 대한 사과가 먼저 아닌가? 그게 호텔이라는 서비스를 제공하는 직원의 자세 아닌가?!!! 호텔직원에서 무시당하고, 진상처럼 따지는 손님 취급당해 기분도 드럽고, 방에 들어오니 방에서 보는 또한 거지같아요 이런 호텔 이름값이 아깝고, 돈이 아깝네요

My first time stay in hamdeok. Freezing cold outside but the location is the best, bus stops and eateries all nearby and the reception man is very kind with a smiley face all the time. The high floor room is really comfortable with disposable amenities provided and big towels, and the sea view from the room is superb. Watching people lighting up fire crackers at the beach at night is so beautiful. Sitting comfortably and warm in the room watching these people enduring the cold to have fun, it was an unforgettable sight. Could have stayed for more than 1 night. They have an extra key card inserted so need not remove card when going out, convenient.
Was a bit concerned when saw the chain latch at the door appeared broken. Nevertheless I slept well and no disturbances of noises at all.

Отель выглядит достойно, особенно снаружи вечером - соответствует названию Grand Hotel. Так как был построен в 2003, чувствуется, что немного устал и не так современен, как ближайшие отели на первой линии. Мебели в номере много, она с налётом старины и видны следы реновации (косметического ремонта). Полотенца меняют каждый день, водичку тоже приносят (бесплатно). Внизу есть кулер - не во всех отелях он есть. В целом, все было хорошо. Но цена кажется слегка завышена.

I actually happened to stay at this hotel years ago!! Interesting to be back at the same place!
Though, 6 years ago, there was no folding table and noisy beach chair in my room. There was a simple coffee table and actual longer chair there. Plus, the bed was actually comfortable.
This time, however, the bed was extremely stiff and stifling. Also, it was very clear that no one ever cleans the windows nor the mirror in the bathroom. They are all foggy, grainy, and streaked. I definitely closed the blinds while I stayed there this time.
Interesting how different my experiences at this hotel were 6 years ago and just this past weekend. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures this time.

Saya menempah bilik keluarga dengan balkoni kecil, yang sangat bagus. Saya rasa saya akan lebih berpuas hati apabila musim panas tiba.
Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 40 minit untuk sampai ke sana dari bandar Bayaran bas hanya 1,150 won Korea bagi setiap orang Bas 380 pergi terus ke sana dan berhenti tidak jauh. Saya menaiki teksi ke lapangan terbang dan tiba dalam masa setengah jam, dan saya memerlukan 16,000 won Korea untuk mendaftar masuk.

他家環境很好，房間大，陽台正對着海邊，裝修簡潔大方，洗衣機，微波爐，冰箱都有很方便，洗浴是增壓花灑，洗澡非常舒服，而且房間客廳衞生間地方都夠大。很安靜，就是趕上這兩天正好陰天風浪大，10月初下不了海。本來想選鹹德海濱浴場的賓館，但是覺得環境不夠安靜，也覺得這個季節下不了海了，在攜程上看到了他家想悠閑的看看景色，他家提供各種潛水還有划船等項目，具體是否需要另付費不太瞭解，因為變天沒辦法玩海上項目，有點遺憾，他家也很適合夏天來玩水，我覺得遊玩項目會比海濱浴場多，而且環境安靜，特別好，離浴場走路需要15分鐘左右吧，不算遠，一路還能看看景色。他家院子裏有兩條金毛，都特別乖，安靜的讓摸，走的時候前台小哥幫忙網上叫的出租車，唯一不好的是衹有樓梯，我們三樓搬兩個大行李，沒有人幫忙搬運，而且看評論説會送到鹹德海濱浴場，問前台了説送不了。下次如果來還會考慮他家，

PPengguna TetamuThis was our first trip to Jeju, and the very time we tried a homestay. The place was fairly easy to get to if you drive, you just got to take note that before the drive-in to Lotteria, there is a small lane that allows you to drive into the place and many taxi drivers misses this turn-in. There are 3 buildings when you reach the place, with the Sun building being the left-most one, followed by Moon and Star. You can find the information desk at the Moon building level 1. It was abit difficult to find the information desk at first, but just need to walk up some stairs and you can find the entrance of the information desk on the right after getting up the stairs on level 1. The host and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The host was able to speak English and his wife could speak in Mandarin, so communicating with both of them was fairly easy. We received alot of good food recommendations from both of them and we enjoyed every meal we had based on their recommendations. When we got to out room, we were so happy to see how clean and tidy it was. There was a toilet and they provided the basic necessities such as Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, things that some other hotels does not have. The place was very cosy to be in, there was a kitchen where all the cooking essentials were equipped and you can make hot your food there or cook something up if you feel like it. When you get to the living room, there is a full pane window where you can see the full sea view. It was a very nice place to see the sunset and sunrise if you’re feeling lazy and don’t want to head out. The room was sparkling clean and sheets were all clean. For sorting of rubbish, the hosts settled everything for us. We didn’t have to sort our own rubbish which was really a plus for us. We really loved the fried chicken recommendation provided. When our flight got cancelled and we got stuck in Jeju for another 2 days, we immediately grabbed the chance to stay back at this place, because the hosts were simply too wonderful. Will definitely come again the next time we visit Jeju.

IIsti AnggrainiPleasant and Enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We could leave our luggage or bags at the lobby before check-in time. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Towels were clean and replaced daily. The hotel’s location is strategic, very close to the airport (approximately 18 minutes by bus) and various city bus routes pass by. We traveled by bus, so it was very convenient. It is a 4-minute walk to the laundry.

PPengguna TetamuAs with any Lotte Hotel we’ve ever stayed at, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was very clean with strong wifi, and the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy to see the hotel has become more eco-conscious and is no longer using individual plastic toiletry bottles but instead refillable dispensers, and have stopped using plastic cups. We hope that other Lottes will begin to do this, too! We enjoyed the hotel’s lovely rooftop deck, hot tub, and lap pool and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the hotel has an odd timed entrance policy, so even though there were only two other people at the pool, we were asked to leave while we were sitting watching the sunset. The attendant kindly agreed to let us stay until the end of sunset, but it isn’t a great system. We had good room service and loved a side salad the chef made of arugula topped with warm sauteed mushrooms. It was so delicious we wish we could have ordered just the salad, and recommend they add it as an entree on its own. Thank you for another good stay at a Lotte--we hope to come back!

I stayed in a triple room on the third floor, right above the breakfast room: comfortable beds, a small sofa integrated into the desk, a television with satellite cable. Simple and clean. The room featured a spacious bathroom with bathtub and a window which, in my case, overlooked the back. The view was not great nor worse as the nearby tall buildings were far away and the view extended onto some nearby two-storey houses. Easy access from the airport with a bus stop just across the street. If breakfast is included in the price, the stay is highly recommended as what is offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 is delicious, accurate and of good quality. Otherwise consider paying 11,000 won extra for such service. Perhaps I would spend the negative opinion more on the staff at the reception who were not particularly friendly and were also sufficiently rigid not to allow me a free upgrade even though the hotel was almost empty. Booking with Trip.com was super simple. All in all it is not a 5 star accommodation but not a makeshift accommodation either.

PPengguna TetamuWent here for our wedding annivesary and we got a free upgrade to the Superior Terrace Ocean room. We loved every bit of the room as it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It also has an amazing view of the ocean from both the balcony and jacuzzi room though we would caution all to bring down the blinds as we can actually see all the rooms when standing opposite the hotel. In addition, all hotel staff that we crossed path with were polite and always ready to lend a handwhenever we needed assistance. My husband and I also enjoyed our dinner in their restaurant. However, the location of the hotel may be inconvenient for those who are not driving.

PPengguna TetamuThe landlady, though couldn't speak even a single Engish word, was really friendly and supportive. The room and public amenities were all very clean and spacious. It's located in the center of Jeju city, 15 mins by bus from Jeju international airport, and you can find it right on the big road. You can walk to the markets, shopping malls, and lighthouses nearby. Really worth the money.

AAzzayait was really nice to see the sea from the window. you can listen to the radio in the room and there is a dressing room at the entrance, there are skin care products in the bedroom, in addition, there is even a needle and thread/necessary in case of emergency/ things to note: - you need to prepare your own toothbrush and razor

PPengguna Tetamu位置很好，房間不大，很乾凈，服務很好，性價比很高。去免税店、機場都不遠。酒店門口就有公交車站，好多路都到機場。樓下超市和吃飯都很近。衞生間有大窗，泡澡🛀時可以享受陽光，很愜意。卧室雖然沒有窗，但衞生間陽光完全可以透進卧室，並不憋屈。下次去濟州島還會訂這。

SSabohatI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.
