Too bad. Dirty environment and rubbish. Especially the condition of the wash rooms are terrible

This has the best location. If only they can manage this place better, it has great potential to be the best hostel in Jeju. Unfortunately, the common areas are ubtidy, messy and everything’s all over the place. I saw cockroaches in the room. No security, no lockers. Feels unsafe.

Self-check in was smooth, the staff are contactable easily online and speak English. Decent lounge for socialising and eating.

i booked and paid, but after arrived and i moved to another place, Due to hygiene reasons and I saw that the toilet was unusable and the place was dark, I moved to another place and donated my payment, hoping that this hostel can be improved in the future.

The room is clean, the owner is hospitable, and the location is good

Blankets and sheets should be changed & wash properly, it has a foul smell. She didn't wash the blanket often.

When the bathroom isn’t clean, the bed is messy, and “I can’t sleep well at night if the room’s messy and someone snores

Nice place. Good price for those on a budget. Cheaper than the other hostel.

Location: The hostel is located just a few minutes away from Jeju city hall. It is also very near from restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, and bars. It's strategic location makes it a suitable choice for travelers who would like to stay in the city center. Ease of checking-in: Checking-in was quite hard as there aren't any staff in the reception area to help you check-in to your room. There's a contact number posted on the wall of the unmanned reception area that you could reach out to just in case your name isn't on the official list of guests.  Facilities: For a budget hostel, don't expect too much. This hostel only carries essential facilities such as a shower room (w/heater), pillows, comforter, and, mattress. There's no free toiletries at all. A hairdryer is also not available. There's a common kitchen and dining area if you want to cook and dine inside.

it was very unhygienic at some point, as well as the air condition has a set of timer when will it be opened and closed.

Location and value of money is pros but the hygine and noisy is cons. Lots of chinese visitors occupied in this spot.

Hotel is located in the city thats why its very convenient. Rooms are okay. Cr is okay too. But the accomdation room which you can watch tv and dine in were not so good. Dirty for me.

The location is good. Easy to get around from here. The room is good. It has what I need. However the cleanliness is questionable. Dust and used napkins and cottonbuds were lying around. If the staff did not get paid for that, I can understand, but I mean, should the guests be acknowledge that they must clean up for the next guest? As for service, I believe it is where it should be. I hate overly-given service. Self-service systems work well. But I had one emergency upon my arrival. No one could help me at the time. I had to ask other guests what to do. Above all else, it was a decent stay. I had a quiet time in peace.
