Regarding the bed type: The suite you stayed in was equipped with a 1.8-meter single mattress, not two single beds joined together. If needed, we can provide photos and relevant records as evidence. 2. Regarding toiletries: According to Jeju Island's relevant laws and regulations since 2024, hotels have explicitly prohibited the provision of disposable toiletries. Therefore, including suites, we use large-capacity toiletries. Our hotel uses BALMAIN PARIS brand shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, a brand commonly used in international high-end hotels. You can also find relevant information yourself. 3. Regarding the renovation odor: The room type you booked was renovated in April 2025 and has been used for approximately 9 months, during which time we have hosted over 1000 guests without receiving any feedback regarding renovation odor. 4. Regarding water pressure: The room's shower equipment is a multi-functional design with three water outlet control buttons. If only one button is activated, the water flow will be relatively weak. If you are unfamiliar with the equipment, the front desk can provide explanations and assistance at any time. We respect our guests' right to express their opinions, but we also have a responsibility to provide objective explanations based on facts. Thank you for your stay.
