Response from Property: It is fair and reasonable. After checking out after staying for 2 days, I was told that there was no hot water problem. The front desk is right next to me and there is a helper on WeChat who can respond at any time for processing. The original reservation was for 2 people (our building can accommodate 6 people, but we hope that 2 guests can stay in our villa without the burden, so we set the price for 2 people, 4 people, and 6 people) (price), I was informed of the cost for additional people when I called before. I confirmed it again on the day of check-in and clearly informed me that there were only 2 people checking in. When I checked in at 12:30 in the morning, the CCTV showed 5 people. In fact, it doesn’t matter. Temporarily If we increase the number of people, we will pay the fee, and if we reduce the number of people, we will refund the fee, so I immediately asked whether to increase the number of people, but there was no response. The next day, the out-of-town helper came up to talk to me, and only replied that we have to leave~ Let’s talk about it when we get back! There was no further news until I asked for payment for the additional number of people when I was about to check out. I replied: I am a recent graduate and can I get a discount on the membership fee? Because the kitchen and swimming pool are not in use, there is no hot water in the shower, and it smells bad. We stayed there for 2 days without being able to take a shower, but we didn’t respond right away. Our boss was also full of questions? ? Later, it was confirmed that the hot water came out normally. The method of use may have been wrong but there was no immediate response. Of course we didn't know what the problem was. To provide WeChat conversation records to customer service for everyone’s judgment, I won’t go into details here! In addition, although the boss is Korean, he did not say bad words. In the end, he regretfully said sorry to them. He should have left happily when he came out to play. You should know from reading other reviews that there is no way we would scold our guests!
