The price was reasonable and the location was great, but the room they gave us was tiny, basically no window! The breakfast was awful, and always cold.

Clean, convenient, and with great service – this hotel ticks all the boxes for what you'd expect from a standard hotel and then some. No surprises here, but absolutely no complaints either. It's a safe bet, a reliable choice. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm passing through.

Goodl location very close to Lotte Duty Free. No tooth brush and toothpaste are provided. Hair dry is not working well. The air ventilation is not working to make the room too hot causing us trouble sleeping. There is no glass wall and door in the shower place endig up wet floor all over the washroom after shower. There is a footstep up in the washroom with a high risk of stumbling in the dark.

The room was great, and the front desk service was excellent; they even spoke Chinese. There's a smoking room on every floor, so you don't have to go outside in the cold to smoke. Plus, they offer a free airport shuttle, which is a really nice touch.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit old. Hygiene: The cleaning staff cleaned the room daily. Environment: The room was a bit small, but the location was great. There's a bus stop right outside, and downStairs you can find fried chicken and plenty of convenience stores.

Convenient for shopping and dining nearby. Close to the airport with free shuttle service multiple times a day. The hotel's shuttle driver was very enthusiastic.

Bed was very soft and small, hotel breakfast 12000kwon so so only. Hall got wedding machine & exchange note machine. Location very good walking distance many shops. Less than 150m got bus stop. Overall is good, only bed disappointed.

Great location, very close to Shilla Duty Free! The front desk staff speak Chinese and are very helpful; they even upgraded our room. Breakfast was decent, and there's parking available in the back. (P.S. The Chinese restaurant directly opposite the hotel is just okay... wouldn't recommend it.)

The room was very big and spacious, but there's a step right at the entrance which felt a bit dangerous. There's also a step into the bathroom, which also felt a little risky. Luckily, both areas are carpeted, so they weren't slippery. Overall, it was still pretty good, and the price matched the room quality.

The facilities are really old; the towels are dark and worn out. The carpet is filthy, soundproofing is terrible, and the AC is so noisy you can't sleep with it on. The bathroom is tiny, with no separate shower stall. You have to shower in the bathtub, and if someone is on the toilet, you can't even open the door. Ctrip listed this as a four-star hotel, *chuckles*. I seriously can't trust Ctrip's star ratings anymore, especially for overseas hotels; they just make things up to earn money. This is clearly a guesthouse-level establishment. Cleanliness: It's just okay. The hair in the bathroom was never cleaned. Towel changes were fine, though. Environment: There's no environment to speak of. I was given a room right next to another building, so when I opened the window, all I saw was a wall. Service: Not much service to mention; the attitude was just average. It's clearly just a standard room, but I don't understand why Ctrip labels it as a deluxe room. Your Chinese must have been taught by a PE teacher! Yes, I'm sure of it! Then I saw a poster downstairs, and it became clear: you're making a fortune, specifically by ripping off your own people!

Location: Situated in the city center, very close to Baojian Road, and there's a Three-No Park nearby, perfect for walks with the kids. Facilities: The room has a bathtub and is a princess-themed room, but what surprised me most was the price. During the National Day holiday, it was only a little over 300 (RMB) for two adults and two children, including breakfast. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily, and water was replenished. Service: They offer airport shuttle service. Even though it's quite close, it's a private car!
