I gave the facilities one star, and that one star is specifically for the hairdryer 🤣. I'd estimate that hairdryer cost about 20 CNY. Everything else was pretty standard.

I stayed during cherry blossom season, and it was super convenient to walk to Jeonnong-ro. If you're heading to the duty-free shop in the new city, it's just a five-minute walk to the bus stop. The road in front of the hotel wasn't congested either, making public transport and taxis easily accessible. Everything was great, except for getting to the old city beach area, which was a bit inconvenient (we opted for a taxi).

The service here exceeded my expectations. Every morning, I asked the front desk to help me call a taxi. The hotel breakfast was very rich and satisfying. Even staying for several days, the hotel was still very attentive to keeping the room clean.

The room is spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids on a double bed. Parking is sufficient on non-peak seasons for rented cars. Bedding a bit dated and soft pillows, can be improved further.

The restaurant is brilliant. Handy location. Plenty parking space. Clean and quiet, we're happy with the stay.

Although there’s a language barrier, the front desk staff would try to help. Everything was ok during my stay in the hotel.

The room quality is on par with budget hotels like Home Inn or even older Crown Plaza hotels in China, so don't expect too much when you book here. The cleanliness is about the same. It's comparable to a room under 200 RMB in a first-tier city or around 100 RMB in a second-tier city. The wardrobe, desk, sofa, and even the bedding all look quite old and well-used. Although it states it was renovated in 2023, it still feels run-down, more like a renovation from around 2014. The cleanliness reflects this; there were water stains on the sink, and while there's a bathtub, I didn't dare use it. Luckily, I didn't see any obvious mold spots. The front desk staff's attitude was neither particularly good nor particularly bad. Overall, if you're booking this room, don't compare it to hotels priced above 400 RMB in China. Instead, think of it as a 200 RMB room in a first-tier city or a 100 RMB room in a second or third-tier city, with a renovation from around 2014.

Staff not good at all with English. Not very helpful for tourists. Location is a bit far from attractions.

The hotel is clean and tidy, pretty standard. There aren't many shopping options nearby; for serious shopping, you'd need to head to the Shilla Duty Free area, which is about a 20-minute taxi ride. It's a quiet place to stay, and the overall environment is good. There's a Korean fast food place along the street, something like 'Yong...', which was quite tasty. Right next to the hotel, there's a Ruby Ice Cream shop that's also delicious. The hotel breakfast was good too, especially the fish! Jeju Island is really fun!!!

About 15 minutes by car from airport. A quieter part of Jeju city but enough restaurants within walking distance plus on-site convenience shop. Clean and well-maintained with superb housekeeping crew. Breakfast buffet was average. On-site cafe has reasonably priced food and dribks. No dental kit or shaving kit in room and so bring your own!

Had a pleasant stay here. The room was comfortable, staff were polite, and the location was great. Would recommend

We went there for our bike trip. When our bikes were delivered to the hotel while we were out, somehow they could not find our names, even after we gave them our room numbers...their breakfast is so so.
