There is an option for late check-in, but it may be difficult if you don’t speak Korean. They also do not respond to emails, so you need to call the hotel directly. The view from the window is nice. However, this is more of a hostel than a hotel. The rooms are inexpensive, but they do not match the photos provided. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and airing it out did not help; the hallways and elevator also had a strong odor. There were not enough towels. Instead of the room we booked with one double bed, we were given a room with two double beds. Parking is available, and there are cafes and shops nearby. If you are looking for something budget-friendly and are willing to sacrifice comfort, this could be a suitable option.

This hotel needs renovation! Already old and its looks like hunted hotel in the evening, I booked 3 nights but I’m disappointed in my room! TV is not working!, no toiletries! Door is broken! The balcony is not safe! I requested for room cleaning service but they didn’t clean my room for 3 nights! No physical front desk! See pictures & video for reference!

The view was absolutely stunning as the hotel is right on the oceanfront. Accessibility was also incredibly convenient; we could quickly get to the city center from Aewol by taxi. The value for money here was exceptional – I was extremely satisfied! I highly recommend it to all travelers.

The check-in experience was interesting and pleasant – it involved a 'big talking box'. The room was clean, with complimentary water in the fridge and a soft bed. We were even allowed to bring our bicycles into the room. We were very lucky to have an ocean view from our private balcony.

For our last night, needing a place just to sleep before an early morning flight, I searched for hotels near the airport, but right from the start, I picked the wrong location. I tried to make allowances for everything, given the cheap price, but the room's condition was utterly dreadful – it was practically a ruin. The moment I stepped in, a pervasive musty smell made it hard to breathe, and my dust allergies were no joke. Things were broken everywhere. I woke up in the middle of the night because my entire body was itching, and now I'm still wide awake. I initially thought they were mosquito bites, but the marks all over my body are really odd. I deeply regret booking a place like this just because it was cheap.

Being located on Aewol-eup Cafe Street, it offers excellent scenery and attractions. The hotel itself is quite dated and didn't fully match the description, showing clear signs of poor maintenance. This led to the hassle of changing rooms twice before finally settling into a third. However, despite these inconveniences, I was satisfied with both the location and the view. The ocean view was particularly good, and there was always plenty of hot water.

Worst hotel ever. Bad communication, old, room acoustic was terrible, cant sleep the whole night. Definitely wont recommend it even though the price is affordable.

Someone entered my room while I was sleeping. Turns out they were also given the same room as mine. Scariest experience!

The absolute worst. The room reeked. The air conditioning was excessively noisy. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and without window screens, we couldn't open the windows. Cigarette smoke constantly wafted in. The provided shampoo was expired. The room was incredibly dark, with only one light bulb working (perhaps to save on electricity), as if the others had been removed. The *only* positive? ... ... The water pressure was excellent.

I didn't mind the unstaffed operation, but it took a bit of time to complete the remote check-in after arrival. The property was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the spacious room. The only downside was that as soon as I stepped out onto my floor, I noticed a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.

Good price and location, but it smelled and was dirty, which made me feel uneasy. To my shock, I found cigarette butts under the bed. I only needed a place to sleep after arriving late and chose it for its value, but it was quite a letdown.

No amenities. The room had an unpleasant smell. Cigarette smoke drifted in from other rooms. The hairdryer was broken, and the refrigerator was incredibly noisy. On the plus side, the price is affordable. For those who aren't too particular, it's not a bad option for a cheap stay.

I stayed for multiple nights, and the facilities are severely outdated. Don't trust more than 30% of the pictures advertised. The cleanliness was appalling, and their housekeeping standards are non-existent. Despite being a multi-night stay, our room wasn't cleaned on the second day, nor were fresh towels or bottled water provided. We were initially only given two thin hand towels and no proper bath towels. I would absolutely not recommend staying here again.
