+ nice staff and helpful + kids friendly place + nice theme park beside - the whole hotel is built with white cement and decorated like a old White Castle so internal walls are white cement which a generating humidity easily. So you don't feel dry and cold but wet and cold in the rooms even if u have AC on. - far from everything else in the island so quite nights and no choice for restaurants. - if you are sporty, the gym is small but fine with limited facilities but if you are runner then forget this place , no jogging track nearby , it's only road. - big pools you see in the pictures they are very shallow mostly for decoration , the only one which is usable is the so called infinity pool which is quite small, so don't expect swimming there. All in all it was ok to stay there for a weekend.

This is a great location for families and visitors of the theme park. It’s a bit out of the way for people who want to travel to the beaches. A forty minute drive everywhere. Beautiful pool and gardens though.

Jeju Nightmare Hotel - The Worst Service I've Ever Experienced in Hundreds of Hotels, False Advertising, All Staff Rude – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Overall Summary: This hotel engages in severe false advertising, lacks basic amenities, has front desk staff who are irritable and cold, and a chaotic and unhelpful shuttle service. The location is completely misrepresented, and the surrounding environment is eerie and noisy. Throughout my stay, there was no sense of service awareness; communication was met with impatience and resistance. My entire travel and accommodation experience was a complete disaster, making it the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Detailed Breakdown: 1. **Lack of Basic Amenities; Basic Toiletries Not Provided:** * **Reason:** The room didn't come with toothbrushes. When I asked the front desk for one, the staff refused to provide it, telling me to buy one myself at the convenience store. They couldn't even guarantee the most basic standard amenities for a hotel stay. 2. **False Room Type Description; All Reasonable Requests Denied:** * **Reason:** The Ctrip page clearly stated the room would have a 1.8-meter king-size bed, but in reality, there was only a 1.6-meter narrow bed. My request to change rooms was denied. Additionally, the hotel's promised breakfast was not provided. None of the online advertised content was honored. 3. **Front Desk Staff Were Rude and Aggressive in Speech and Behavior:** * **Reason:** I simply took a few extra spare room cards, and the front desk loudly yelled at me in public, demanding that all cards be returned before checkout. They were completely impatient during the conversation and easily became agitated. 4. **Shuttle Management Was Chaotic; Staff Were Negligent and Deliberately Obstructive:** * **Reason:** The posted shuttle departure time on the wall was 12:00 PM, but the front desk staff mistakenly thought it was 11:00 AM. After I showed them the sign to correct them, the front desk became angry and moved the sign, stating that reservations must be made one day in advance. My request to take the shuttle to pick up my mother was directly refused. They offered no pick-up/drop-off convenience and completely ignored guests' travel needs. 5. **Location Severely Misrepresented; Travel Costs Were Extremely High:** * **Reason:** The platform indicated that a taxi ride to the city center would take only 12 minutes, but it's actually located in the suburbs. A one-way taxi ride took 40 minutes and cost over 30,000 Korean won, making transportation incredibly inconvenient. 6. **Shuttle Driver Was Indifferent and Unwilling to Offer Convenient Assistance:** * **Reason:** The Korean driver dropped my mother off at a small train park in the suburbs, where there was no internet access and it would take 25 minutes to walk back to the hotel. I asked the driver to pick up my mother on his way back to the hotel, but he was very reluctant, claiming he wasn't a dedicated shuttle driver and unwilling to provide such a simple courtesy. 7. **Accommodations Were Eerie and Noisy, Severely Affecting Rest:** * **Reason:** The hotel is located in a remote suburb. At night, there was a continuous loud croaking of frogs outside. The environment was desolate and eerie, with constant noise, making it impossible to get any peaceful rest.

The hotel is about a 40-minute drive from the airport and is right next to an eco-park. The hotel's lake view and outdoor pool are beautiful. The staff are very responsive and communication in English was smooth enough. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and dinner, à la carte lunch, and there's also a place for light meals.

Very beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. The gardens and rooms are maintained very well, it really feels quite luxurious. The surrounding nature areas are peaceful and relaxing.

Pros: 5 stars hotel. Room was great, clean and big. We stayed here for a night as we were on the way back to Jeju City from Seogwipo. Price was very reasonable. Hotel is in theme with the themepark, and very big. Saw many other guests going to the outdoor swimming pool thought it was very cold. Convenient only if you are driving! Cons: location was very far off. Dinner options (only buffet $90/pax) in hotel was very expensive. We drove out to have dinner. Not much amenities surrounding the hotel. Drive out 10-15 mins to nearby food town, which has ilpum sundubu, and one 7-11 convenience store.

Regrettably, this was the most disappointing five-star hotel experience I have encountered. While the restaurant, guest rooms, and common areas are great, the overall stay was marred by communication with staff. The hotel's forested location, although scenic, made transportation challenging, as securing a taxi was often difficult. The fitness center, while modest, is equipped quite well. However, the personnel, particularly the front desk, was rude and unhelpful, which just ruined the overall experience. My dissatisfaction with this hotel has begun even before my arrival, as all my emails were consistently ignored. This regrettable pattern continued at check-in, where the front desk worker was talking with us in extremely rude manner. Throughout my stay, all my requests were met with impoliteness, leaving me with the feeling of being an unwanted guest. This perception was further reinforced by the difference in treatment—attentive service was extended to Korean quests, while international guests were met with noticeable discourtesy. Although the hotel's facilities are good, the service is just awful, I would definitely not recommend it for staying.

This hotel features a hot spring pool and a sauna. Its location is a bit secluded, and all the meals are buffet style. It's a great choice for families with kids, as the hotel itself looks like a castle. Right next door is an amusement park with a mini-train and other attractions for children.

Not bad at all, it's a great place for a vacation ⛱️. It's mostly Koreans, and there were also some corporate team-building events. It's very natural and the rooms are huge, with direct access to an ecological park with a small train. The highlight has to be the swimming pool – it's heated! There are multiple pools of different sizes, so it's perfect even for young children. There's also an indoor pool and a sauna. We made sure to go for a swim every day. The front desk staff were great too; they were able to accommodate most requests. A minor hiccup was that someone accidentally took my slippers, but after I reported it, they actually managed to get them back the next day! The only downside might be its remote location. It's quite a distance to get anywhere, and a taxi to the city center costs around 160. It's hard to hail a taxi yourself, but the front desk can help you call one. They don't use the meter, so it's a little bit more expensive, but they usually get a car for you in about 5 minutes.

The hotel is quite large, and the pools are impressive, with many of various sizes. However, the Wi-Fi signal is poor. The staff are just average; you don't feel particularly welcomed. They get the job done, but their service attitude is mediocre, without much in the way of smiling service. There are also a lot of strange rules. For instance, at the poolside BBQ, you can't wear a bathrobe, and your swimsuit can't be wet, so you have to change into dry clothes either before or after swimming to eat. There's also a specific time slot for pool maintenance when only the jacuzzi is available, not the main pool. None of this is communicated during check-in; you only find out once you're there, which is quite inconvenient and awkward. Plus, the hotel is quite remote. There's only an ecological park to visit, and it's inconvenient to go anywhere else. Since we didn't have a car, we were limited to eating at the hotel. The hotel restaurant only had about 6 or 8 dishes, which I got tired of after two days. Afterward, I preferred to eat instant noodles. But to be fair, the hotel's environment is excellent, like a castle in the forest.
