優點：在一個小型大廈裏，有點像酒店公寓，按密碼鎖進門的。酒店房間內部設施還算是比較新的。有接送機服務很方便。有次打車，司機看不懂地址，衹能打電話給工作人員問酒店地址，服務可以。（建議大家拍一下酒店門頭的韓文名字，方便打車）。跟樂天免税店在一條馬路上，大概一兩百米，離保健路啊什麼的也很近，都可步行。（酒店旁邊巷子有一家辣雞爪很推薦）
缺點：毛巾有時候沒換，且有一條不乾淨的。也有一兩天沒有給洗手間補充紙巾，衹好用自帶的。
PS：我這個房間的地暖控制器在大門旁邊的櫃子裏面，雖然櫃子上有提示（韓文看不懂），第一天晚上找了好久😭

Parking slots are limited. If you arrive late, the staff might not allow you to park. The parking area is small and very frustrating to navigate, as people tend to park their cars haphazardly. In the end, the staff allowed us to park in an electric vehicle parking slot.

雖然硬件設備簡單，但該有的也都不缺，也不能用五星的標準要求300左右的酒店。

Booked this hotel for 1 night stay as we were supposed to arrive late. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there is a bus stop very close, a lot of small restaurants and walking street. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel personnel at the reception was very attentive, to our surprise one lady spoke Russian and helped us with the directions.

The bed is very big! The room is tidy and clean too. Located at an inner street, the surrounding is quite quiet. But at the same time it is quite close to main streets with a range of restaurants and shops. It is also very close to the airport. Recommended to people who are taking early fights. PPengguna TetamuI took my mum to Jeju for a short quiet break, and this is a perfect place to stay away chaotic city life. The owner couple are lovely, always being extremely helpful to their guests, which was much appreciated by us. The room is very very pleasant facing the sea with a lover floor to ceiling window, being perfect for relaxation (losing myself by watching the sea) and reading. Lovely sea side walk just 2 min outside the building, lovely local cafe and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, love it, will visit again. Thanks a lot for the great hospitality:).

KKSStayed in Rm 506. Quiet place , some stubborn stains on carpet floor. It was to be mountain view but alas not at all. Window facing building .Bring along toothbrush & toothpaste ( not provided ).
If driving ,pls slowly enter narrow carpark entrance.
Receptionist at hotel counter does not speak English but a lady staff who converse in Mandarin , helped.

1. Parking — extremely small parking space available for guest. At most, it is able to fit 3 cars at the front of the hotel, and 3 cars at the back of the hotel. If you’re driving, be prepared to pass your car keys to the reception for them to re-arrange the cars as and when needed for other guests to leave the hotel due to the tight parking space.
2. Hygiene level — upon checking in to the hotel, there were strand of hair stuck to the faucet of the shower head; and the drainage system for the shower was extremely slow causing puddles of water while showering. The rain shower was not fully functional, causing the water to splatter in all direction.
3. Suspicious wire behind mirror — we also realised there was a wire hidden behind the mirror; it is either that the wiring was exposed or that it is connected so something else. However, the mirror had no light, thus it was hard to tell what it was for.
Pros:
4. Location — extremely near shopping and eating streets; two streets away! And it is also close to Lotte Mart and other Mary’s (if you drive).
5. Service — front desk was extremely helpful; giving us direction for the nearest mart, shopping place, and also stored our meat overnight in a proper fridge for us to retrieve the following morning before our flight.
Overall, a basic hotel that has good location (near to airport and city centre), and at affordable pricing if you’re not picky. Maintenance is not good — despite the renovation.

PPengguna TetamuThe landlady, though couldn't speak even a single Engish word, was really friendly and supportive. The room and public amenities were all very clean and spacious. It's located in the center of Jeju city, 15 mins by bus from Jeju international airport, and you can find it right on the big road. You can walk to the markets, shopping malls, and lighthouses nearby. Really worth the money.

The amenities provided, including a powerful shower and a kettle for brewing my morning coffee, made my stay incredibly enjoyable without breaking the bank. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. It's conveniently situated near a variety of attractions, with a convenient store just a short walk away for any essentials you might need. Additionally, there’s a delightful coffee shop only three minutes on foot, perfect for grabbing a tasty treat or enjoying a leisurely afternoon break. In summary, Hotel Champion is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Jeju City. LLennyI ordered a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, I already paid in full, only because when I booked the room I booked it for 2 people, because it turned out that I was with 2 children aged 4 years and 10 years, I was charged again. It's really annoying, even though there are no additional services, why do I have to pay again. in other hotels it's not like that

EExna 24032 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

SSabohatI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.
