Taking a risk to stay 3 nights in a row for a hotel. But no regrets, shalom is wearing but very comfy and so convenient to go anywhere. It is my first encounter also to have extra disposable amenities packed up for me when I didn’t request at all. The housekeeping staff are really attentive.
A local supermarket just across the hotel where you can get cheap hardtacks and fruits. About 10 mins walk towards city hall I found my favourite eatery where minimum conversation is required for ordering and you can enjoy affordable and delicious meal with banchan. A cheap coffee booth also near the bus stop at city hall. 7 storey daiso at the corner of traffic light.
Bus stop is right in front of hotel, need not worry if come back late from sighting. Airport bus will alight in front of hotel. Cross the road board bus, 2 stops to bus terminal and to airport. Hotel reception can help call taxi if need to.
Lift can be access without card and room door is auto locked which is not to my liking. The bathroom lights switch are not located outside the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenience. Carpets in room got stains and sofa is wearing, but not too much of a concern for me.
Everything else is perfect for me, the bathtub, toilet seat warmer, table space, charging sockets, shower pressure, beds, tea. I opened the window to sleep at night for the cool air, and not disturbed at all by the traffic noise even though I am a light sleeper. Beautiful sunrise from the room.

Great location - we booked an ocean view room that looked out over the water and lovely little port area. Photos taken from our balcony featured - which has a little table and chairs which we sat at and looked out over the water and boulevard below, so nice. Hotel is older and a little run down but it’s in a super spot with great restaurants and bars, and art museums. I would stay here again :)

Experience was pretty good. Front desk friendly and help to book a jumbo taxi to gimpo airport from hotel.
Location was near underground shopping mall, exit 12 and dongdaemun market.
There is two type of rooms so if you select annex type means u have to go to another building to your room, is just a small road across the main lobby. Amenities no toothpaste and no toothbrush.
Opposite have palace to try on hanbok, very convenient

Pretty big hotel block, seafront including ******. The hotel room on the 3rd floor was also quite large, with sea views but unfortunately only averagely equipped. No sockets and bedside tables next to the double bed. Otherwise only a distribution box integrated with cable connection for electricity. No chair, no table and only pillows on the floor to sit down. Toothbrush only for an additional charge and no shaving set in the bathroom. The balcony with sea view, unfortunately so full of plants and ants that you could not stand directly at the parapet. Therefore only with a limited sea view. It takes off and lands very regularly and aircraft throughout the day. It didn't bother us, but you can hear it in the room. In the run-up to the trip.com app, I had tried to ask the hotel for an airport shuttle (chat, email via trip.com and direct email). All inquiries remained unanswered by the hotel. We then booked a taxi from the airport ourselves. Positive to the location, directly on the sea (without the beach) and with a walkway, ideal for jogging and walking. Breakfast buffet with a large selection and clean.

Pertama sekali, lokasinya mudah. Teksi dari lapangan terbang berharga kira-kira 5,000 won. Ia sangat dekat dengan Kedai Bebas Cukai Shilla dan Jalan Penjagaan Kesihatan. Bilik itu kelihatan agak bersih, tetapi terdapat sekeping kecil rumpai laut/rumput laut tersangkut di pintu kaca bilik mandi tanpa sebab? Mungkin ia tidak dibungkus.
Kami telah melihat orang yang tidak dikenali membuka kunci pintu pada tengah malam. Kami juga menemuinya. Kami mendengar orang bercakap di luar dan mendapati bilik yang salah. As with any Lotte Hotel we’ve ever stayed at, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was very clean with strong wifi, and the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy to see the hotel has become more eco-conscious and is no longer using individual plastic toiletry bottles but instead refillable dispensers, and have stopped using plastic cups. We hope that other Lottes will begin to do this, too! We enjoyed the hotel’s lovely rooftop deck, hot tub, and lap pool and it was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the hotel has an odd timed entrance policy, so even though there were only two other people at the pool, we were asked to leave while we were sitting watching the sunset. The attendant kindly agreed to let us stay until the end of sunset, but it isn’t a great system. We had good room service and loved a side salad the chef made of arugula topped with warm sauteed mushrooms. It was so delicious we wish we could have ordered just the salad, and recommend they add it as an entree on its own. Thank you for another good stay at a Lotte--we hope to come back!

The hotel was right by the ocean so we were greeted with an impressive view every time we opened the curtains. The staff were also very friendly and helped to park the car when the parking lot was full and cramped. There's a convenience store and a gift shop located at the lobby, and the hotel is also located near a bunch of food places and major tourist attractions. The only qualm I had was the fact that the swimming pool was closed and was not stated as such anywhere, so we weren't able to use it despite intending to. However, overall a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend!

The Location is a bit far for the town area, suitable for those would like to have quiet stay. Downstair got convenient store & fried chicken shop (8/10 stars). Opposite of Aewol Stay is the seaside walking trail, many tourist love to visit this place. Overall stay experience is good.

JJoelhoonI recently stayed at Jeju Ollero Homestay and had a wonderful experience. The homestay is very homely, and the view is amazing. Despite being somewhat inaccessible to a lot of places, it is very convenient for traveling to the airport and Iho Teawoo Beach.The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One of my favorite things was sitting by the window, enjoying the beautiful view and the peaceful atmosphere.The nearby food was also a pleasant surprise. There were several great restaurants within a short distance, offering delicious meals that added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.Although it required a bit more effort to get to some attractions, the tranquility and charm of the homestay more than made up for it. Plus, having quick access to the airport and Iho Teawoo Beach was a significant convenience.Overall, I highly recommend Jeju Ollero Homestay for anyone looking for a cozy and scenic place to stay in Jeju. I look forward to returning in the future!

Check in was easy, but access to the room is via passcode access (no more key card in place), but that also means you wouldnt need a keycard to take the lift up. Although it still does feel safe there.
Hotel provides free sandwiches for breakfast everyday so that’s very nice of them. Convenient location - 10 15 mins walk to shopping streets & 5 mins from Jeju airport.
Staff is polite & speak english well :)
Room is also kept very clean! and it was such a peaceful stay (you can hear noises from the walkway BUT not too much) so no need to worry if you’re a light sleeper. And smart tv allows you to watch youtube & netflix. Toilet is quite big & comes with automatic bidet~ water pressure is good for showering with proper heating in place. Will stay there again if i were to revisit next time~
Oh and CU is literally beside the entrance so that was great!!

IIsti AnggrainiPleasant and Enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We could leave our luggage or bags at the lobby before check-in time. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Towels were clean and replaced daily. The hotel’s location is strategic, very close to the airport (approximately 18 minutes by bus) and various city bus routes pass by. We traveled by bus, so it was very convenient. It is a 4-minute walk to the laundry.

PPengguna TetamuWent here for our wedding annivesary and we got a free upgrade to the Superior Terrace Ocean room. We loved every bit of the room as it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It also has an amazing view of the ocean from both the balcony and jacuzzi room though we would caution all to bring down the blinds as we can actually see all the rooms when standing opposite the hotel. In addition, all hotel staff that we crossed path with were polite and always ready to lend a handwhenever we needed assistance. My husband and I also enjoyed our dinner in their restaurant. However, the location of the hotel may be inconvenient for those who are not driving.

1. Parking — extremely small parking space available for guest. At most, it is able to fit 3 cars at the front of the hotel, and 3 cars at the back of the hotel. If you’re driving, be prepared to pass your car keys to the reception for them to re-arrange the cars as and when needed for other guests to leave the hotel due to the tight parking space.
2. Hygiene level — upon checking in to the hotel, there were strand of hair stuck to the faucet of the shower head; and the drainage system for the shower was extremely slow causing puddles of water while showering. The rain shower was not fully functional, causing the water to splatter in all direction.
3. Suspicious wire behind mirror — we also realised there was a wire hidden behind the mirror; it is either that the wiring was exposed or that it is connected so something else. However, the mirror had no light, thus it was hard to tell what it was for.

4. Location — extremely near shopping and eating streets; two streets away! And it is also close to Lotte Mart and other Mary’s (if you drive).
5. Service — front desk was extremely helpful; giving us direction for the nearest mart, shopping place, and also stored our meat overnight in a proper fridge for us to retrieve the following morning before our flight.
Overall, a basic hotel that has good location (near to airport and city centre), and at affordable pricing if you’re not picky. Maintenance is not good — despite the renovation.

PPengguna TetamuThe landlady, though couldn't speak even a single Engish word, was really friendly and supportive. The room and public amenities were all very clean and spacious. It's located in the center of Jeju city, 15 mins by bus from Jeju international airport, and you can find it right on the big road. You can walk to the markets, shopping malls, and lighthouses nearby. Really worth the money.

PPengguna Tetamu位置很好，房間不大，很乾凈，服務很好，性價比很高。去免税店、機場都不遠。酒店門口就有公交車站，好多路都到機場。樓下超市和吃飯都很近。衞生間有大窗，泡澡🛀時可以享受陽光，很愜意。卧室雖然沒有窗，但衞生間陽光完全可以透進卧室，並不憋屈。下次去濟州島還會訂這。

VViviLeonI recently stayed at Seoubong Beach Hotel, and overall, it was a good experience with some notable pros and cons. The hotel was clean and maintained, and the service at the front desk was excellent.
The rooms were satisfactory in terms of comfort and cleanliness. However, a disappointment was the absence of toiletries, which is usually expected in hotels. The view from the rooms didn't live up to expectations, as it was not particularly appealing.
On the positive side, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a plus for beach lovers. However, it's worth noting that it's far from most tourist attractions, which might be inconvenient if you plan to explore the area.
The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool, but to our dismay, it was closed during our stay, which was a big letdown. In summary, Seoubong Beach Hotel offers good service, but the absence of toiletries, lackluster views, and the closed pool were disappointing aspects of our stay.
