"Our checkin experience was very pleasant, the reception staff were very polite and spoke good English. They were also very helpful with letting us store our luggage as we had arrived 3 hours before checkin. The room is clean, functional and in good condition, I would recommend it. The bed and sheets are very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The location is at least a 15 minutes work to the Hanok Village, but a very walkable distance and you get to see a bit of city outside of the Hanoks."

"This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Korea; it's excellent in every aspect. This time, I didn't get a chance to explore the Hanok Village right downstairs. "I wish I had taken photos! The facilities were spotlessly clean, and everything was excellent. Even with our late check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. While the hallways and entrance had more of an apartment building feel, the room itself was pristine, neatly organized, and a comfortable, fully-equipped space perfect for relaxation. The garment steamer (like an LG Styler) was a fantastic bonus, especially useful for quickly freshening up clothes when laundry wasn't an option."

"It was the perfect location for a trip to Jeonju to visit the Hanok Village and gourmet food tour. It was located right next to downtown Jeonju, so it was very accessible to all the amenities, restaurants, pharmacies, cafes, etc. Maybe it was because of the location, but there were a lot of guests, including group guests and foreign tourists. The hotel lobby was clean and cute, and there was a convenience store right at the entrance, so you could buy what you needed right away. I bought an extra breakfast, and not only the American-style breakfast, but also the Jeonju bibimbap and gomtang were the best. I drank the gomtang twice. The room was a reasonable size, the bathroom was clean, and the hot water came out well. The soundproofing wasn't very good, so I could hear the TV in the next room."

"For the price, this hotel is perfect and I honestly don’t know how they are even making a profit. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to fit 3 people. I liked that there was a sink and a sofa near the windows. Its going to be a drive several blocks down to the hanok village but taxi fares are very cheap compared to the US. Expect maybe like 6000 krw to the hanok village from the hotel. The restaurant (현대옥) across the hotel serves jeonju bean sprouts soup and that is really really good. All in all, this is no ritz carlton but its 1/20 price and it really is much much much better than the low cost hotels u would expect in the US."

"Everything was good compared to the its price. The only thing I wanna mention is breakfast. The hotel offers breakfast option for 15,000KRW. But the quality or the selection of menu were not appropriate for the price. There was only very limited foods option poached egg, scrambled egg, steamed dumplings, sausages, bacon, steamed rice, korean seaweed soup, 5 Korean side dishes(like as kimchi), only white toast, dinner bread, croissants, x3 different juices and milk. You may be disappointed with this. Otherwise everything satisfied my needs I have willing to stay again. This stat changed my perception of IBIS hotel chain. I"
