Didn't travel and they didn't at least charge me for one day and refund me the remaining days. Refused any kind of refund.

They need to revised their policy in terms of refund.

Very near old city, relaxed dinning room for rest and meal.good services of the staff, very helpful. If my two person room windows can open for fresh air is better

What an amazing place! The breakfast has great coffee(s), fantastic yoghurt, olive oil, cheese， and so much more! As healthy as can be!

This place has a good breakfast , very Israeli style. May not suit everyone's taste though. The scrambled eggs run out quick so be sure to wake up early. If you have a heavy luggage and you are staying in a mix dorm, the flight of stairs will kill you. However, if you booked a female hostel , there is a lift. Book in advance many nights in a row for discounts

The hostel in general is good, the staff are helpful and its location is highly convenient. However, the cleanliness requires a bit of improvement.

The 4-person room is spacious and has windows. The bedding is hygienic and the bathroom is separated. The service is thoughtful and answers all questions. Facilities: elevator up and down, a total of three floors. The breakfast is rich and free. The transportation is very convenient. The bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, two left turns is the intersection line.

The restaurant is large, the food is delicious, and there are many convenient facilities. The staff are also friendly.

The location is in the city center and the transportation is convenient. It is within walking distance from the west wall of the old city, three stops by light rail (short distance), the room is hygienic and clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The service is enthusiastic.

The location of the hotel was good, but the facilities were outdated, so the Wi-Fi frequently disconnected and the breakfast was so-so. Staff were friendly but very noisy

Simple but comfortable accommodation. The room was clean, the friendly staff were all brilliant , the building was pleasantly cool and the atmosphere not too rowdy at night for an early to bed, early to rise couple. We would loved to have stayed longer but unfortunately they were closing.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was always very helpful with tips on what to do and to avoid. I really appreciate my stay

Really loved my time at Abraham Hostel. Everyone was very helpful. I enjoyed meeting so many people there. Hopefully I'll be back again.
