Staying in this Hotel is one of the best experience I had. Name of this hotel become EMERSIA HOTEL MALIOBORO. Location of this hotel is strategic, walking distance to Malioboro Street, Tugu Train Station & Tugu Yogya Monument. Good option to explore Malioboro area ,to avoid traffic jam and spend more time if you want to go to Malioboro street. Room is huge (booking deluxe room) , clean , & room facilities also good.Food during breakfast delicious & have many option. Good service from this hotel crew (reception, waitress & technician) , they are very attentive. I have a problem with hot water, and they are following up immediately. Minor thing from my side : because Im smoker , they dont provide smoking room for deluxe room type.This hotel only provide smoking room for superior room type. Maybe in the future this hotel can provide smooking for all room type . Overall staying in this hotel is highly recommended. Thank You

A 3-star hotel in an excellent location, a walking-distance to the Malioboro street and the Yogyakarta Train Station (Tugu Station). There are vast option for restaurant and street food near this hotel. It's location were really the main selling point of this hotel. Good value for money, room was decently spacious, small but decent swimming pool, clean lobby and guest room. Breakfast was delicious, and the menu variation was ok for a 3-star hotel. Staffs were really friendly and helpful, especially the parking security team that were really helpful and provide free valet parking service.

Wow, I had an amazing dining experience at the hotel's restaurant! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. From appetizers to desserts, each dish was bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. I stayed June 3rd 2023, this hotel near Tugu Train Station. Only 10 minutes walk from exit gate. The employees have great hospitality. Thank you Salma has fulfill my request for room 705. The room was clean, suggest need intense in sofa cause i found stain. The breakfast so so, need improve for bihun goreng, too salty for me. I ordered room service 3 menu, but the rice for the tengkleng was not soft (bit hard), maybe Chef need check regularly before serving to the guest. And please maybe you can skip regulation for calling the guest in the room 1 hour before check-out. That's annoying for guest like me who frequently stayed many hotel around Indonesia & other countries. But If should, maybe you can call at maximum check out time (12.00 noon)

We have booked the hotel from booking.com and I want to manage booking by call the property, guess what, the person (male) rejected my call TWICE after some conversation. And theen… since I can not manage the booking to add one more day ahead, I have to booked for one day more, unfortunately I forgot to choose “breakfast included”. first day’s breakfast (I booked for 3 days stay), the female employee at FnB told me that my booking did not include the breakfast package. Then I show her the information that if I still want to have a breakfast I have to pay IDR 85.000. She acknowledge that. I also willing to pay. What happen next is.. when I choose the food and put everything on the table and start to eat, another female employee came to me and TELL ME THE PRICE for additional bfast. Why can she just wait until I finish to have my bfast ? Or she can just ask me when I leave the restaurant ( the desk is just in front of the door and every guest will pass her). Really, the manager should teach the employee how to handle the customer in a good way and in a good manner.

Pengalaman yang sangat bagus untuk tinggal di sini. Satu-satunya perkara yang perlu diperbaiki ialah tuala tidak berwarna putih. Tapi dekat dengan Jalan Malioboro

Staff ramah, check in cepat, lokasi strategis kalo naik kereta deket tugu, kamar luas dan bersih, malioboro juga dekat, recommended siih, hotelnya juga luas jadi kesannya juga ”tenang”, ada taman juga cocok untuk keluarga
