Hotel Jetis dengan Spa

A 3-star hotel in an excellent location, a walking-distance to the Malioboro street and the Yogyakarta Train Station (Tugu Station). There are vast option for restaurant and street food near this hotel. It's location were really the main selling point of this hotel. Good value for money, room was decently spacious, small but decent swimming pool, clean lobby and guest room. Breakfast was delicious, and the menu variation was ok for a 3-star hotel. Staffs were really friendly and helpful, especially the parking security team that were really helpful and provide free valet parking service.

Wow, I had an amazing dining experience at the hotel's restaurant! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. From appetizers to desserts, each dish was bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Thanks for good service Mr Raka.

Tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 17 bilik berhawa dingin yang menampilkan Televisyen LED. Akses Internet wayarles percuma disediakan untuk membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan selipar. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi meja dan cerek elektrik, manakala pengemasan disediakan setiap hari.

Saya menginap 2 malam disini, hari sabtunya saya tinggal saya pikir kamar dibersihkan ternyata ga dibersihkan. Alat mandi juga ga di refil serta air minum juga, sampah didalam kamar tidak dibuang seprei dan badcover juga ga diganti padahal setahu saya SOP penginapan sehari sekali diganti dan dibersihkan. Dikamar juga tidak disediakan sendal Hotel sehingga saya minta dulu di resepsionis. Mohon lebih respect lagi untuk pegawainya serta manager dapat mengecek kembali kinerja pegawainya. Saya tidak sempat foto karena saya geli sendiri dengan kamar yg berantakan tidak dibersihkan. Saya menginap di kamar 28 pada tgl 13-15oct 2023. Terimakasih.

Pengalaman yang sangat bagus untuk tinggal di sini. Satu-satunya perkara yang perlu diperbaiki ialah tuala tidak berwarna putih. Tapi dekat dengan Jalan Malioboro

The restaurant offers a delicious variety of dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had an excellent selection to start the day right. Overall, The Phoenix Hotel offers a warm, welcoming experience with fantastic service and food. I can’t wait to return!
