The service was good but to be honest, the hotel needs a serious overhaul. Although i absolutely liked the behavior of the staff but i couldn't ignore the crumbling state of the rooms. The staffs at hotel lalit heritage are highly supportive and a hardworking lot. I honestly believe that they deserve to work in a better environment, hence it would be great if they pay more attention towards renovating the hotel.

Property's location - was really good in between the market location for working. Food - also average. Not so good or not so bad. Hygiene & safety standards - also average, not up to the mark. Room - wall color was so old & breakage. Not good. As per cost of the room for one day is very high from make my trip. They are directly offering their room to direct customers at hotel @ rs. 1000 - + g. S. T. Extra. But i booked it from mm t so i got total amount nearly @ rs. 1800 - )inclu. Gst) this is not good mm t you are also cheating with your own customers at the pricing of hotels. Please check the hotel by your own eyes then set the price of hotel rooms;

PPengguna TetamuWe had booked the hotel by calling the front desk executive at around 12 Noon for a couple of days, well in advance, upon arrival at 11:15 PM, greeted by the following: 1. Front desk executive (FDE) is unaware of the booking, though was confirmed by the booking executive. a. The situation becomes panicky, with a point to start to search for another hotel room in middle of the night. b. Upon making several telcon, at last the FDE confirmed the booking. 2. Once arrive in the room, a. Observed the broken toilet seat. b. Upon usage of flush, water drain out from outside. c. Water from the bucket to be used for the purpose. d. The comod tilted on one side as not properly grouted, 3. No Hot water from the tap. Upon taking to FDE, replied no hot water is available in the room. If requires, shift to suite. If anybody wish to book room during winter season, please be prepared to have shower with cold water. Dinesh C.
