The front desk receptionist was very considerate. Because I came too early and there was no room, the front desk asked me to store my luggage first and gave me a luggage storage card. It was very cost-effective. After I checked in with the room, the lady at the front desk gave me a breakfast coupon and returned it to me. Delayed check-out until 2 o'clock is really considerate. You can choose this next time you take your family out, it’s so affordable.

The smelliest hotel in history🤮The service attitude is extremely poor. I missed something and asked the front desk to send it to me via SF Express. The front desk asked me to send it myself. I was speechless. I missed something and didn’t take the initiative to contact the guest. This is the first time such a bad hotel. 😓😓

I have stayed in several Lavande hotels, and this is the first time I have experienced such poor environment and service. 1. After three o'clock in the evening, the guests made a lot of noise and could be heard talking in the next room. 2. The wallpaper in the room fell off, and there was actually a takeout order on the wall (as evidenced by the waiter). 3 The front desk has an indifferent attitude towards responding to guests' requests.
