Bojing Baden Hotel

I really have to give this hotel a bad review. Which good hotel would call customers at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night? And I called to confirm whether I want to extend my stay, but in fact I just called to ask for the room fee! (Assuming that I didn’t intentionally withhold the room fee. When I contacted the housekeeper to extend my stay in the morning, and when I went to the front desk to renew my card, they didn’t even ask me for the room fee.) Moreover, I hadn’t finished renewing my card in the morning, so I couldn’t open the door when I came back in the evening. I asked the waiter to open it (the waiter opened the door and confirmed the check-in information with the front desk. After confirming, he didn't know if I had extended my stay? Did he still call me in the middle of the night to ask?) I really don't say that this hotel is okay, just average. I have never encountered such a rude and borderless handling method in a hotel!

Exceeded expectations, very satisfied, the lady at the front desk is very nice, the room is large, clean and comfortable, and there is a special cloakroom. I booked two rooms, and the exclusive butler service is considerate. Special thanks again to Jia Sufen, Wang Renfen, and Lin Feng. Flowers are prepared in the room every day, as well as chrysanthemum tea, brown sugar ginger tea and lemonade, as well as different fruits. The hotel also provides afternoon tea coupons every day, which can be enjoyed in the Hawaiian Hall on the first floor. The service staff of the afternoon tea are very attentive and thoughtful. I didn’t pay attention to the name, so I also like it here.

Not so good, the equipment was broken and even the receptionist didn't fix it.

Ctrip wanted to book two nights in a row, but the platform was unable to operate. After I called the hotel, I was told to make two reservations and not change rooms at that time, because adults and children have a lot of luggage. But on the second day, the hotel forced us to change rooms, saying that the room type I booked was different. Brother, then Ctrip didn’t have that room type that day. It was a problem with the platform and the front desk. Why should we bother the guests? He said that if he continued not to change rooms, he would have to pay hundreds of yuan! This is not a question of money, it is a matter of making people feel speechless when communicating! What I want to say is that this hotel has simple communication difficulties and brings us very bad emotions. It does not consider the feelings of its guests. All in all, I will never stay at this hotel. So disappointing.

The air conditioning is ineffective in such an expensive hotel. Even if it is turned on at 30 degrees Celsius, it doesn't work. The quilt is too thin. I caught a cold after staying there for one night.

帶孩子來玩方特，本來先看到這家酒店是16年開業的，怕太舊了就訂了別的酒店，結果看到小紅書上很多來江油玩的媽媽都推薦這家酒店，最終還是換到了巴登。一到前台辦理入住，耀華管家就很貼心地給小盆友送上了卡皮巴拉和小包濕巾紙，説去方特可以用，還問了要不要拼床，等我們到房間的時候床就已經拼好了，樓層管家又給小盆友拿來了洗漱用品、拖鞋、牛奶和點心，服務真的很熱情細緻。房間設施保養也很好，酒店還有室內游泳池和小童樂園，總之服務和硬件都很好，淡季來價格也很實惠，強烈推薦！
