The hotel is located in the Spring and Autumn parking lot of Jianshui Lin An, with a construction area of more than 3400 square meters, with tea rooms, conference reception rooms, coffee bars and specialty restaurants. The overall decoration style of the hotel is new Chinese style garden landscape style, the peripheral landscape is mainly garden-style, and the room types are diverse, divided into luxury rooms and rooms with courtyards and suites. The rooms are divided into three courtyards. The pine courtyard is dominated by green pines, the ink incense hall is dominated by bonsai, painting and calligraphy, and the bamboo garden is dominated by green bamboo. A wooden corridor with carved and painted with Jianshui characteristics connects all the courtyards, and the rockery and pond are inset.

酒店在建水古城內，可高德導航進去停車場，停車場比較大，中式風格，環境衞生都很棒，房間非常寬敞，就是空調不太好，電視遙控器換了幾個都不太好使，需要離電視很近才感應，酒店很大環境好，後面是個寺廟，早上後門是打開的，周邊後行800米左右就是朱家花園，值得一去，整體感覺還不錯！

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Jianshui because it has a central location and very nice rooms. And my Gosh, the shower is amazing!!! High pressure and different levels of hot water, including 'lobster boil hot' if that's your thing. I also like that they use local Jianshui pottery in the room... nice touch and makes you want to buy some... which they sell in the lobby. Oh, and the shop immediately next door also sells pottery, and his pottery is quite unique compared to the rest of town.... it's a bit expensive but you can tell master artists made it... whereas most pottery around town is clearly made by novices or computers. Anyways, back to the hotel, I included 2 photos, one of my room and 1 of the view from my room. The front desk can also help you arrange local excursions or whatever else you ask for, although I have to admit that some front desk workers are friendlier and more helpful than others. Im not sure if they speak English since I only spoke to them in Chinese. All in all, I feel very comfortable recommending this hotel since it's a good value and has been reliable for me.

This was my second stay at the White hotel in Jianshui. The check in process is almost instantaneous, and the very friendly woman at the desk can speak English. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, very well appointed, and there is really nothing to be improved on. I would certainly recommend this place for others to stay. It is an easy walk into any part of the ancient town as it centrally located. Great place to stay. If I go back to genuine Shui for my fourth trip, I will certainly stay there again.  There is underground parking a one minute walk from the hotel and guests park for free. This is a really huge benefit in the ancient town of Janish way.

服務：店家老闆是個温文爾雅的女士，平時很少説話（但因我本人入住生病，反而麻煩她親自給送了外賣點的粥，因為走的匆忙沒能當面説聲謝謝，回到北京寫評論，這裏道謝🙏了）然後開始説説服務，接我的是客服大姐接:那態度是我見過的南方女人裏最熱情的，沒有之一！因為酒店地處古城內，停車衹能停在別人家飯店門口，入住和離店都是她給搬運盈利，不到1米6的身高，好能幹！👍
再説説酒店大哥，很外向和健談，得知我發燒後還單獨跑葯店給我買了個新的水銀温度計🙏，這次帶孩子來也匆匆去也匆匆，以後再去雲南出差，一定開車過去陪你喝點小酒😜
總之，我們一家四口今天回到北京了，這次建水之旅真的特別🙏對我們的照顧，尤其我生病期間，感謝🙏感謝！希望有緣再見。如果以後你們來北京一定記得電話我，讓我也盡地主之誼。

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is in great location, very close to the old town. Check in can be faster if the check-in desk has more people to help. The room we stayed had problem with drainage of the shower room. The hotel changed the room for us quickly after we informed them. Room is comfortable but can be cleaner as we notice some hair on the floor. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good hotel, great location, would be a great hotel with more attention to cleanliness.

The room is big and bed is conformable, didi ride to old town cost about 7 Yuan, many meal are included but we did not have chance to take them all as we are out visiting, overall a pleasant stay in Jianshui.

A lovely looking hotel, and friendly reception, comfortable beds and pillow.
But, so noisy as the rooms are not sound proofed. The bathroom looks lovey, but a bit impractical as there were leakages and water on the floor after a shower.
Breakfast is served next door - simple and adequate.
So much blaring noise from across the lake - difficult to really relax.

酒店的位置很好，很漂亮很出片。
沒在古城裡，但是距離古城東門僅兩百米，步行一分鐘可到，走到建水小火車首發站五分鐘，而且有免費停車場，對自駕客很方便。
院子是古宅改建的，所以佈局沒有那麼明亮的，在房間裏有點黑。
房間裏設施不錯，看得出老闆在盡力改善，但是我們入住的除夕和初一，一共停電三次，其中一次長達五六個小時，對我來説有點難受（能理解，不是酒店的錯）😣但下次來應該不會再住古城片區了。
早餐有米線還有粥飯、點心、雞蛋，
服務很好，入住和退房都幫忙搬運了行李。
如果老城片區能電壓穩定，體驗感應該會大大上升。

早就嚮往建水之旅。而入住和院，是此次旅遊最大的驚喜。一進三院的清代古式民居。醉花陰、定風波、瑤台曲，三個院子有各不相同的院中景。從經理到管家以至每個員工，服務都特別體貼温馨。床墊的舒適度極佳。晚上阿姨祕製醬料配上免費的烤豆腐，巴適的很。每天就去一個景點，慢慢的欣賞，慢慢體會。建水古城的街道，處處依舊保持着明清時期的建築風格，青石板路、雕花窗欞、飛檐翹角，每一處都散發著濃厚的歷史氣息。這座沉澱了一千兩百多年歷史與人文的雲南南部的邊陲小城，似乎天然具備一種温柔懷舊的氣質。讓人不捨離開。

near the tourist train station. walking distance to the ancient city. overall it's good but only complaint I have is the smoking...the lobby allows people to smoke and also at night I think I can smell smoke in my room.

MMabelThe place has so much history and culture - we are privileged to be able to be able to experience it all during our time in Jianshui.
The host (Zhao) is amazing - when we first arrived, he brought us around the place and told us all about it. During our stay, he goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. He even accompanied me to the pharmacy to get some medication. We felt right at home after a day and felt sad to leave.
This place is close enough to the ancient city (7 min by foot). Around the corner, there is a local morning market. It’s small but you could see the hustle and bustle and even pick up some local fruits/food!
Room is not big but it is sufficient and clean. We weren’t confined to our room because the communal area is very inviting. You get to play with the occasional resident cat and dog!
Overall, this is a highly recommended for travelers seeking unique experiences!

Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find.
Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part.
Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist.
the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip.
Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine.
Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest.
Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.

PPengguna TetamuThe guest house is just a few minutes walk from Chaoyang Gate, the eastern entrace of the old city. It's in a small alley, so very quiet. The rooms were clean and well-equiped. The owner lady was extremely warm and welcoming, offering all kinds of advice for first-time travellers in the town. There is usually a toufu-grilling and tea session in the evening when you can socialise with the other travellers. Breakfast started a bit late, but had a good variety of food.

PPengguna TetamuThis was my bad for not checking more closely, but this hotel isn't located inside the ancient city. If you were to come from the train station and then take a bus to the ancient city gate, it's a bit of a walk to this hotel. I believe it'd be a good stay for drivers since there's a parking lot, but not for people without cars. Moreover, there is currently really loud construction right outside the hotel that starts early in the morning, so be mindful of that. Otherwise the room itself is fine, pretty spacious and clean.

The team is really kind, and my stay was quite happy time.
Located at a few meters form the South gate of the ancient City, buses that bring to the railway station and to the long distance buses station are not far.

YYunyousihaiBG一大家人定了4間房住了兩晚到建水古城住在他家，剛好把小院包了，，環境古香古色，老闆熱情耿直，房間乾淨，家人都非常滿意舒服，我都是做酒店行業，不比高星級酒店差。所以必須認真評論，第二天礦泉水，牙刷，一次性馬桶圈套都重新填補，主動詢問衛生需不需要打掃。最主要環境真心好。裝修細節就可以看出來。晚上老闆主動把座椅放在小院我們休息聊天，下次有機會再到建水必須再住這裏

PPengguna Tetamu整棟樓裏全是古董和字畫，對於書畫愛好者簡直天堂！！！床單被褥都很乾凈，房間明亮通透，通風換氣好，上下樓是古建築那種樓梯，有天井，有亭台，喜歡中式古建築的來住吧，不喜歡不理解這種風格的希望不要詆毀。

Take the number 18 bus from the station. Get off at 永祯路口（建水大道) 站.
Be aware that the budget rooms are downstairs on the ground floor, where the bathroom drains smell and where the downstairs lounge area is, so you get the noise of guests laughing and joking at midnight.
If you qualify with Trip.com for a late checkout, they won't give you one because it's against their policy - so Trip benefits are a waste of time really.
But the hotel is generally good and the staff are friendly.
