We stayed here for one night. The hotel is in great location, very close to the old town. Check in can be faster if the check-in desk has more people to help. The room we stayed had problem with drainage of the shower room. The hotel changed the room for us quickly after we informed them. Room is comfortable but can be cleaner as we notice some hair on the floor. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good hotel, great location, would be a great hotel with more attention to cleanliness.

When checking in, the two male front desk staff were very enthusiastic and proactive. When I said I was thirsty, they immediately handed me bottled water and said that the tea in the lobby was hotter. When I asked about the special dishes, they enthusiastically pointed out which way was closer. The customer service was also good, and the coffee was delivered to the room immediately. The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast buffet had many choices. The only drawback was that the bathroom ventilation was not very good. I couldn't find the exhaust fan switch, and the air didn't flow smoothly unless I opened the wooden door of the bathroom.
