Hotel berhampiran Jianshui Ancient Town, Jianshui

When we arrived at the hotel, we were warned that they didn't have a room for us (even though we had a booking) and that we will be upgraded to another hotel. This upgrade management was a bit messy so we lost an hour and had to do some back and forth. However, the other hotel we were in was really stunning, one of the most beautiful we went to in China. The only thing to note is that because it was an old historical building, it was not soundproof at all and there were mosquitos in the room.

非常好的民宿，在主街邊上，管家服務很好，會提前聯繫，安排免費停車，並且運送行李到房間，不用在街道上拖行行李。 房間備品都很棒，還有化粧鏡以及洗臉巾。 投喂的下午茶，晚上的桃膠甜品，還有烤紅薯，都非常好吃，雖然住了一晚，但是非常驚喜。

種草了很久的聽紫雲度假酒店，果然不負期待，驚喜太多！ 酒店所有的一切都在我的審美點上！酒店傢俱的佈置、綠植種植、插花（酒店所有的服務員都會插花哦）、燈光等細節都很用心。 歡迎茶點、下午茶、素食燒烤、氣鍋宴味道都很好，餐具的搭配非常有格調！令人驚喜的是酒店還提供大板井的井水！ 此行最值得讚揚的是店長小羅，對酒店的熱愛溢於言表，還帶着我們參觀古鎮小巷和玉皇閣，十七孔橋，小火車站，講解到位！當了解到我們對紫陶有興趣，還動用了私人關係帶我們到陶瓷學院參觀，讓我收穫滿滿！ 才離開，又想念，估計很快又會再次入住！

設施：古香古色，真正的老宅院 衞生：民宿裏他家要説第二沒人敢説第一 環境：建水古城朝陽樓內，步行去朱家花園幾分鐘，位置和環境都是最好的 服務：店家老闆是個温文爾雅的女士，平時很少説話（但因我本人入住生病，反而麻煩她親自給送了外賣點的粥，因為走的匆忙沒能當面説聲謝謝，回到北京寫評論，這裏道謝🙏了）然後開始説説服務，接我的是客服大姐接:那態度是我見過的南方女人裏最熱情的，沒有之一！因為酒店地處古城內，停車衹能停在別人家飯店門口，入住和離店都是她給搬運盈利，不到1米6的身高，好能幹！👍 再説説酒店大哥，很外向和健談，得知我發燒後還單獨跑葯店給我買了個新的水銀温度計🙏，這次帶孩子來也匆匆去也匆匆，以後再去雲南出差，一定開車過去陪你喝點小酒😜 總之，我們一家四口今天回到北京了，這次建水之旅真的特別🙏對我們的照顧，尤其我生病期間，感謝🙏感謝！希望有緣再見。如果以後你們來北京一定記得電話我，讓我也盡地主之誼。

Very nice inn close to the main gate and the old town. Room was clean with a good mattress. Staff is nice and can speak English. Breakfast is only served around 8:30-9:00, which is quite late...

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Jianshui because it has a central location and very nice rooms. And my Gosh, the shower is amazing!!! High pressure and different levels of hot water, including 'lobster boil hot' if that's your thing. I also like that they use local Jianshui pottery in the room... nice touch and makes you want to buy some... which they sell in the lobby. Oh, and the shop immediately next door also sells pottery, and his pottery is quite unique compared to the rest of town.... it's a bit expensive but you can tell master artists made it... whereas most pottery around town is clearly made by novices or computers. Anyways, back to the hotel, I included 2 photos, one of my room and 1 of the view from my room. The front desk can also help you arrange local excursions or whatever else you ask for, although I have to admit that some front desk workers are friendlier and more helpful than others. Im not sure if they speak English since I only spoke to them in Chinese. All in all, I feel very comfortable recommending this hotel since it's a good value and has been reliable for me.

This Youth Hostel is wonderful, made me remain the ”pathfinder YH” in Wuhan and the ”Four Eyes Backpackers International YH” in Hangzhou. The team is really kind, and my stay was quite happy time. Located at a few meters form the South gate of the ancient City, buses that bring to the railway station and to the long distance buses station are not far.

酒店在建水古城內，可高德導航進去停車場，停車場比較大，中式風格，環境衞生都很棒，房間非常寬敞，就是空調不太好，電視遙控器換了幾個都不太好使，需要離電視很近才感應，酒店很大環境好，後面是個寺廟，早上後門是打開的，周邊後行800米左右就是朱家花園，值得一去，整體感覺還不錯！

The guest house is just a few minutes walk from Chaoyang Gate, the eastern entrace of the old city. It's in a small alley, so very quiet. The rooms were clean and well-equiped. The owner lady was extremely warm and welcoming, offering all kinds of advice for first-time travellers in the town. There is usually a toufu-grilling and tea session in the evening when you can socialise with the other travellers. Breakfast started a bit late, but had a good variety of food.

This was my second stay at the White hotel in Jianshui. The check in process is almost instantaneous, and the very friendly woman at the desk can speak English. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, very well appointed, and there is really nothing to be improved on. I would certainly recommend this place for others to stay. It is an easy walk into any part of the ancient town as it centrally located. Great place to stay. If I go back to genuine Shui for my fourth trip, I will certainly stay there again.  There is underground parking a one minute walk from the hotel and guests park for free. This is a really huge benefit in the ancient town of Janish way.
