27號11點到達該酒店後，前台説無法辦理入住，説沒有空餘房，也不給協調解決，讓等着！給攜程客服打電話後，客服15分鐘就解決了所有的問題，攜程客服好評，超級好評！攜程給協調完房間後，酒店説給升級了房型，住進去後和原來定的房間（攜程上顯示的照片）一模一樣。 房間新裝修的，設施很好，床墊舒服，衞生很好，佈局也非常舒服，但是有一股香薰夾雜裝修後的奇怪味道，聞的久了之後挺不舒服的。 最離譜的來了，28號前台打電話問了一下要不要打掃衞生，29號前台問也沒問，也沒有打掃衞生（當天回來之後，垃圾桶還是原來的樣子），真的很無語，第一次遇到住酒店還需要提前告知才給打掃衞生。

我覺得還可以，房間挺乾淨的，然後在13樓視野還挺好的，離高鐵站也不遠，天氣不熱的時候可以走着走，但是天氣熱的時候還是打車吧，起步價衹需要五塊錢 非常近 坐車去了趟東來，真不錯呀，河南人民真幸福

這家酒店距離高鐵站很近，到了之後前台小姐姐也很好，很快的辦理入住，主要講話也軟軟糯糯的，很喜歡，很負責，一進去房間環境很不錯，乾淨衞生！這個價位讓我很驚喜，給我疲憊的出差帶了一絲絲温暖，下次來焦作還會來這家的！附近的美食也好吃哦！離萬達也很近，這是我最喜歡的一點

房間很大很寬敞 真心不錯，距離萬達廣場，王府井，高鐵站也都很近。樓下還有很多吃飯的，隔壁有一家24小時便利店，滿意滿意滿意，重要的事情説三遍，床墊也很舒服，工作人員很熱情，還有很多貼心的增值服務。卸粧濕巾，美瞳營養液，隱形眼鏡盒都有，真的準備的很周全。滿意滿意滿意！

位置距離火車站南廣場很近，第二天早上趕車的話走路沒幾分鐘就到了，特別方便！ 其次最重要的一點，我住過各式各樣的酒店，前台的服務態度，尤其是夜班的前台能有這麼好態度的真的不多，這個和酒店幾星沒有關係，我很幸運遇見這麼温柔貼心的前台服務，謝謝！
