房間很大，三個房間，空調力度很不錯，都很舒適，帶貓來，它也能跑得開。自帶貓記得帶貓砂盆，貓砂可以問老闆買。 一樓貓咖的貓太聽話了，和自己逆子比起來，真心嫌棄自家的，還不如選一衹貓來陪，情緒價值更高。 外面就是超大草坪，讓貓子隨便跑，當然沒那麼聽話的還是拴住。 早飯可以去温泉吃，成人 35，小童半價。 離温泉很近，就是晚飯 20:00 就結束了，要趁早。錯過了就去對面老村長，老闆非常和善。 附近停車很方便。

We had an amazing stay at Naera. We stayed in a few different hotels during our visit to Shanghai and this was by far the best. Room was large with a huge bathtub and a closet and packed with all the amenities we needed, including LOTS of bottled water, including Evian, fruits, snacks, bath supplies, a Dyson hairdryer, stationery for the kids including a magnifying glass, etc etc. The back hotel is also linked to a modern (gentrified) part of the water town with cool pop up booths and shops. It’s also a short walk to one of the entrances to the Ancient Xitang town. Staff were also warm and nice. We also went to the Organic farm but was let down by the drizzle = not much activities for the little one. Only downside I can think of is that the menus / maps provided etc are all in Mandarin and playroom, while clean and large, was totally packed and chaotic. Would love to be back.

吃早餐的時候才發現，幾年前來住過一次。臨時起意去西塘，不喜歡住民宿，所以一腳油門來了縣城裡。酒店帶娃友好。好停車。到了早上10點多還有好多人在酒店的院子裏。房間衞生做得也挺好。

舉家出遊，給定了兩間不同的房型，在四季辦理的入住，興許是工作日，給升級了✌️房型很滿意😃還有私湯可以泡，酒店工作人員都很友好，尤其是看着帶的長者。不錯👍

Nice and clean hotel,with very comfortable bed.We took a room with hot spring inside which is not necessary,this hot spring near window and water there fill very slow.Swimming pool and hot springs in another building,have shuttle to get there,also can walk around few minutes.Breakfast was good ,but for dinner need to go to closest with hotel restaurants,have some good

Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

想看大窗户，升級了房間~安靜乾淨陽光好好呀~價格不貴性價很高~有停車位方便~離景區很近~房間跟圖片上一樣，沒有照騙~老闆人很和善~棒棒棒

我們是嘉興本地的，因為想去西塘閑逛一下，一看，這個民宿有泳池，而且是複式還兩個房間的，特別符合我們的要求。孩子也是一下子就中意這個泳池。我們到的時候是中午，老闆來景區門口接我們的。到了民宿，發現泳池已經在換水了，晚上就能玩。民宿位置很好，離酒吧街不遠，但又很安靜。老闆是有問必答，態度又好，服務熱情，下回去西塘玩，還是可以住這家。大家也可以考慮這家民宿，超級棒
